The Bravo star explained in a new filing that her ex was asking for his defamation lawsuit against her to be trashed due to his inability to appear in court amid his immigration issues, which was a result of his own doing.

Simon had indicated his reason in January, stating that he would not be physically present in court for the trial, hence it should be dismissed. Williams was also on the same page regarding the case dismissal, but added that he must offset her legal fees against the case.

The mother-of-one added that her ex had dragged out the case for too long, and she has been forced to spend money and time on it. She stated that her ex was deported from the country after the court found out that he used "deceptive practices to fraudulently enter the United States."

Simon Guobadia Trashes The Reality Star's New Motion

Simon did not let Porsha’s claims simmer at all and has issued a resounding response, basically questioning the integrity and intent of the motion. He called the reality star’s motion a deflection, adding that she was married to him for just 14 months but has spent 23 months litigating his hard-earned wealth.

The businessman expressed his surprise that she called their marriage a mistake and then walked away so easily. Instead of moving forward, she is stuck in court, fighting him, while living in a home she was awarded exclusive use of.

He reiterated that she has less than 1 year on the property before she is required to vacate under the terms of their prenup, because he bought the home before their marriage.

Simon added that, in the comments she made about his immigration status, silence is his best response, as the case is still in court. Simon concluded his statement, reassuring everyone that his focus remains on his family and his business as he waits for the legal process to run its course.

The 'Real Housewives Of Atlanta' Star Suggested Her Ex Pays Off His Debt With Equity

Last August, The Blast reported that Williams came forward with claims that Simon owed her funds under their prenuptial agreement, which a judge upheld. She added in the filing that Simon should be held in contempt for failing to arrange her legal expenses.

Aside from this, Williams added that Simon also owed her money for their marital residence expenses, alimony payments, attorney's fees, and property taxes. The TV star emphasized that her ex's debt was over $600,000, and he could pay it off if he gave her his share of equity in their marital home.

She claimed that Simon intentionally held back on paying the fees and urged the court to hold him accountable for his actions, which constitutes an utmost disregard for the court's authority and final judgment.

Porsha Williams Ex-Husband Slammed Her With Gold Digging Allegations

The reality star and Simon's romance began on a whirlwind note, with the businessman proposing just one month into dating. After his deportation and failed marriage to Williams, the mogul confessed that the divorce blindsided him and ultimately came to the conclusion that she married him for his wealth.

Simon shared that he met Williams while trying to get over his divorce from his ex-wife, Falynn Pina, and took advantage of his vulnerable condition, which led them to get engaged within 30 days, which he now tags as abnormal.

He stressed that he was out of his mind at the time, and that Williams was a gold digger who set off his defenses to contest the terms of the prenup, something he never did in his past marriages.

Their divorce left Williams on the winning side as she walked away with several benefits, including $560,000 in alimony and their marital home in Atlanta, according to their prenup.

Simon added that he also lost contact with her family as soon as she filed for divorce, which made him feel like it was a well-orchestrated coup to milk him from the start.

The Bravo Star Spilled The Tea On Her Love Life Post-Divorce

Well, when one door closes for Williams, another opens, and this time she finds love and healing in the arms of her new love interests, one of whom is a woman.

According to The Blast, Williams opened up about her new normal in an interview last October, noting that her female partner is all shades of nice, likewise the male counterpart.

She continued that she did the groundwork to ensure that her new love interests were far from being narcissists and remained normal people.

"And guess what narcissists do? They love bomb you; they do everything to look perfect. They mirror you," she explained, as she compared it to her past, adding that she now understands that to get a better person, she must also become a better person.
