Vanderpump appeared on SiriusXM's "Boyfriend Material," which is hosted by Harry Jowsey, on March 3. While on, she discussed how she once considered opening an OnlyFans account. The former "RHOBH" star said, "But OnlyFans, I mean, the fact that they’re doing this, listen. They were like, 'Oh, they’re doing OnlyFans.'"

Vanderpump continued, "I was like, 'Oh, really? I need to know more about this.'" From there, she explained how she learned of the platform in the first place, saying, 'I’d heard about it because Denise Richards was doing it, apparently making a shitload of money. I thought about doing it, and then I thought, you know, 'Nanny Pinky, naked Nanny Pinky,' because I’m a grandmother now."

Jowsey then noted that he would sign up if the 65-year-old elected to open an account on the platform. She responded, "What? Because you’re curious? It’s still actually intact, though, Harry. It is. As I said, you might have to hang me upside down, but it still looks pretty good."

Elsewhere in the podcast, Howsey asked Vanderpump about the reasoning behind recasting "VPR." Notably, season 12 premiered in December 2025, after being off the air since May 2024. Regarding the cast shakeup, she said, "Because their story was told. Some of them didn’t want to film together. I was fed up with talking to their assistants. You know what I mean?"

The former "RHOBH" star went on, "It was time, but they were great. I loved them all, and I still love them. Some of them aren’t as sweet and nice as they could be, but I do. I love the experience, and I feel responsible for dragging them into this domain, so to speak."

She then said, "So, there’s a deep affection for them, but it was now time to go back to the restaurant, back to the nucleus, back to the dynamic that made the show a success in the first place, of people working together behind the scenes and what that entails. I remember Jon Hamm coming up to me and he said, and I think he’s iconic, 'Lisa, I love your show Vanderpump Rules.’ And he said, 'It’s so accurate. It’s like a real restaurant.' I said, 'Well, it is a real restaurant, Jon.'"

'Vanderpump Rules' Has Been Renewed For Another Season

Bravo has rebooted a number of its shows in recent years. This includes "Real Housewives of Miami," "Real Housewives of New York City," and "The Real Housewives of Atlanta," which received a soft reboot ahead of its 16th season. Regarding "Vanderpump Rules," its reboot saw a substantial reduction in viewers. According to The Sun, its December 2025 premiere saw an 80% drop in viewership from the previous season.

Despite this, TMZ reported in February 2026 that the series had been renewed for another season. The report stated that the executives felt it had performed well in live viewership on Bravo and with streaming on Peacock. TMZ also reported that the full cast is expected to return for the reboot's second season.

Andy Cohen Defended The 'VPR' Ratings

Andy Cohen took to his "Andy Cohen Live" radio show in December 2025 to defend "Vanderpump Rules" and to discuss what ratings mean to him in the modern age of television and streaming. Cohen said in the clip, "[People tell me,] ‘The ratings are so bad for Vanderpump Rules.’ First of all, you don’t know the ratings for Vanderpump Rules."

He continued, "We don’t look at live ratings. I haven’t looked at a live rating for anything on Bravo. You know what the live ratings are? Hashmarks. It’s delayed, it’s DVR, and it’s Peacock. This is [we] how measure [its success]. It’s not about the live ratings anymore."

Congrats to our incredible cast and crew."
