Zendaya's Mom Reacts To Law Roach's Wedding Claims

The biggest question on fans' minds is whether Zendaya and Holland are officially man and wife. Roach claimed they were, but Zendaya's mom seemingly appears to have a different view about the status of her daughter's relationship with the English actor.

On Monday, March 2, Stoermer reposted the clip of Roach's interview, where he dropped the bombshell claim about Zendaya and Holland's secret wedding, on her Instagram Story. "The laugh…" Stoermer captioned the clip, adding a laughing emoji, per PEOPLE.

Stoermer's reaction cast doubt on Roach's claims, seemingly implying that the stylist's laughter meant he wasn't serious about Zendaya and Holland's wedding. The Blast covered Roach's claims, reporting that he dropped the bombshell news at the 2026 Actor Awards on Sunday, March 1.

Roach's secret wedding claim wasn't the first time he had implied Zendaya would tie the knot with Holland in private. The Blast reported in July 2025 that the stylist had weighed in on the lovebirds' wedding preparations.

The media personality claimed the process hadn't started at the time, citing Zendaya's and Holland's busy schedules. He noted that there was plenty of time for them to prepare for their nuptials after their work commitments, but added that Zendaya wasn't one for publicity.

According to Roach, he believed Zendaya would be a "secret bride." Nonetheless, he was excited to watch them tie the knot, given their profound love for each other. "The fact that the world has been able to share in that love story, I think it's really beautiful," he raved.

While Zendaya is famous for her achievements in the entertainment industry, she couldn't have done it without the support of her parents. The actress is the only daughter of Claire Stoermer and Kazembe Ajamu Coleman, who have influenced her life in more ways than one.

Zendaya has a close relationship with both of her parents and inherited their love for privacy. In 2016, she revealed on X that Stoermer and Coleman had been separated for a long time before her mother officially filed for divorce. "Y'all didn't know 'cause we're private," she wrote, per PEOPLE

Zendaya's parents were also a key part of her relationship with Holland, with one of their homes serving as the venue for their engagement. In December 2024, Holland popped the big question at the family's home, just weeks after confirming he would spend Christmas with Zendaya's loved ones.
