The media personality was captured having a very emotional moment outside Nancy's home in Tucson, this morning, with flowers, one month deep into the search for the family's matriarch.

Savannah was flanked by her sister, Annie, and brother-in-law, Tommaso, as they shared a warm embrace and laid flowers for the missing woman. As reported by TMZ, other well-wishers also laid bouquets and left loving notes right by Nancy's missing poster.

Despite the nature of the case and how it seems to be at a dead end, sources are still very optimistic that in a few months, someone connected to the kidnappers will either talk about it or go to the authorities and help unravel the case.

Despite the very public nature of the case, no solid leads have been made by authorities, despite an image of a potential suspect obtained from Nancy's front door camera.

FBI director Kash Patel had claimed that the picture was taken on the morning of her disappearance, although sources within the agency claim to have no idea of the exact date the image was taken.

The Blast shared that the source revealed that a timestamp was not attached to the image because Nancy did not pay the required subscription for her cloud storage services.

Law enforcement agents are disappointedly admitting that the case is now becoming a cold one as no solid leads have been identified. As for the man in front of the cameras, the FBI believes he could have shown up at Nancy's home as early as January 11, several weeks before her February 1 disappearance.

Now that she is returning to New York, the TV star may finally take over the prestigious co-anchor seat from Hoda Kotb, who stepped in to host the show in her place alongside Craig Melvin.

Kotb had announced her exit from NBC in September 2024 after three decades with the network, and she hosted "Today" alongside Savannah till she drew the curtain on her show in January 2025.

Kotb also hinged her exit from the show on her need to be there for her family, especially her daughters, Haley and Hope. She has, however, continued to make periodic appearances on the show and will continue to fill Savannah's big shoes till she makes her return.

Sending Savannah Guthrie and her family positive energy!
