Lindsay Lohan and her family are reportedly safe following escalating military strikes across the Middle East that have raised global concern. The actress, who has called Dubai home for nearly a decade, was confirmed to be out of harm’s way alongside her husband and young son as tensions intensified in the region following coordinated attacks involving Iran, Israel, and the United States. Sources close to the situation say Lindsay Lohan remains secure despite the unfolding crisis.
Lindsay Lohan And Her Family Confirmed Safe

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ that the actress, her husband Bader Shammas, and their son Luai are safe. Lindsay Lohan has been based in Dubai since 2015, where she has largely stepped away from the Hollywood spotlight. She and Shammas began dating in 2020, got engaged in 2021, tied the knot the following year, and welcomed their son shortly afterward.
The actress has previously spoken openly about why she chose to build her life there, explaining she appreciates the privacy and calm environment compared to the intense media attention she experienced earlier in her career.
Why Dubai Became Lindsay Lohan’s Sanctuary

Lindsay Lohan previously revealed she loves living in Dubai because of the "serenity and peace" she's found away from the paparazzi while living in the city, located in the United Arab Emirates.
Dubai’s strict privacy laws and distance from Hollywood’s tabloid culture have made it an appealing destination for many celebrities seeking a quieter lifestyle, something Lohan has embraced as she focused on family life and selective acting projects.
Confirmation that Lindsay Lohan and her family are safe comes as tensions across the Middle East continue to escalate following a series of military actions.
Regional Conflict Intensifies After Iran Strikes

The United States and Israel reportedly struck thousands of targets inside Iran as part of an ongoing joint campaign that followed the killing of Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. According to Iran’s Red Crescent, more than 550 people were killed in the strikes.
Iran subsequently launched retaliatory attacks targeting Israel and locations across the broader region. Reports indicate four U.S. service members were killed, while three U.S. fighter jets were mistakenly shot down by Kuwait. Officials also confirmed at least 11 deaths in Israel, with additional casualties reported in the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, and Bahrain.
The situation expanded further when Iran-backed Hezbollah forces in Lebanon fired missiles into Israel, prompting additional counterstrikes. Lebanese authorities said the exchanges resulted in dozens of deaths.
Despite the tension, there has been some positive news for travelers in the United Arab Emirates.
Travel Disruptions Begin To Ease In Dubai

Good news for the travelers stranded in Dubai as a limited resumption of flights from Dubai International Airport and Al Maktoum International Airport has been announced by local authorities, with both Emirates and flydubai airlines resuming some operations.
Travelers are advised not to proceed to the airport unless they have been contacted directly by their airline with a confirmed departure time, the government of Dubai said in a statement on X.
Jack White Blasts Trump’s War Announcement In Fiery Social Media Post

Musician Jack White weighed in on the escalating situation, using social media to criticize President Donald Trump’s leadership and decision-making during the conflict. “Don’t you love seeing him declare war on a country while wearing a trucker hat that says ‘USA’ on it?” White wrote on Instagram.
He continued his pointed remarks with a series of sarcastic jabs aimed at Trump’s political messaging and priorities. “Behold the leader of the ‘Board of Peace.’ For the next war announcement Donny, may I suggest having your feet up on the Resolute desk while eating a Big Mac in a velvet track suit?”
White went on to question broader foreign policy decisions, adding, “Venezuela, Greenland, Iran, Cuba, what’s the difference right? Don jr. and Barron won’t have to fight or die, just other people’s children, so…invade and bomb away! New sign-ups for the ‘board of peace’ starting at one billion dollars! Can you believe Donny hasn’t received a real Nobel Peace Prize yet? Unfair! Maybe in his third term, he’ll get one.”
White's statement comes after Donald Trump revealed that “Khamenei, one of the most evil people in History, is dead. This is the single greatest chance for the Iranian people to take back their Country.”
