Sydney Sweeney has fans going nuts over shots of her enjoying an outdoor workout. Ditching the high-end gym equipment for an old-fashioned run in snaps reposted on X this weekend, the actress flaunted her fit figure in a skimpy look, going plunging in a sports bra and matching shorts. Flashing her killer curves while building up her muscles, Sydney proved she's made of hard stuff, although fans seemed more interested in her figure than her fitness. The White Lotus star, 28, landed herself plenty of compliments, including one from a fan thinking that she was offering "lovely views."

Displaying her assets while flashing her toned shoulders, the A-lister added matching shorts with a high waist as she was seen jogging near buildings and greenery.

Getting her heart rate up while displaying her impressive back muscles in some shots, Sydney wore a cut-out top with a racer back, accentuating her gym-honed figure while flaunting her strong legs. The Armani Beauty ambassador also ditched her usual heavy makeup for a bare face, completing her simple look with a ponytail hairdo.

One image showed the blonde lifting her leg and resting one of her aqua sneakers onto a surface as she revealed having added splashes of color to her outfit. "Sydney Sweeney out for a run," a caption read. One fan begged sportswear giant Nike to "sponsor" Sydney. Another sent love, saying: "Lovely views."

Sydney wrapped up 2025 with a bang as she opened her Instagram gallery with this jet ski shot. Posing on the water while taking a break from her water sports last December, she nearly popped out of her plunging bikini, modeling a stylish brown two-piece while soaking up rays.

"I’ve been a very active person my entire life. Like, I was a super active kid, and I’ve always kind of just stayed active and always had a good metabolism," Sydney told Peopleone month prior while discussing dropping 30 pounds between her boxing bopic Christy and Ther Housemaid movies. “I had to be really strict with myself,” she continued.

Sydney Sweeney added: “When you stop working out and taking all your protein shakes, you lose muscle super fast. It’s the first thing to go before fat. So, that, I dropped within two weeks.”
