The allegations against the Atlanta Falcons coach come months after the University of Michigan head coach, Sherrone Moore, was fired from the esteemed football program after an investigation reportedly found "credible evidence" that he violated university policies.

The Falcons have had staff in the hot seat before. According to a previous report from The Blast, coach Jeff Ulbrich was fined $100,000 by the league after his son prank-called Shedeur Sanders during the 2025 NFL Draft, sparking chaos online.
"The Atlanta Falcons do not condone this behavior and send our sincere apologies to Shedeur Sanders and his family, who we have been in contact with to apologize to, as well as facilitate an apology directly from [Ulbrich's son] to the Sanders family," a statement from the team read.
Ulbrich's son also issued an apology in a since-deleted post. "I'm so sorry I took away from your moment," he wrote. "It was selfish and childish. I could never imagine getting ready to celebrate one of the greatest moments of your life, and I made a terrible mistake and messed with that moment."
