Corey Feldman’s marriage to Courtney Anne Mitchell has officially come to an end, and the financial terms are now set in stone. A Los Angeles judge signed off on the former couple’s divorce agreement this week, closing the chapter on their nearly seven-year marriage. While the split appears amicable on paper, the settlement includes a significant financial obligation for the actor, along with details about assets and debts being divided between the two.
Corey Feldman Ordered To Pay $100K In Divorce Settlement

Court documents show that a Los Angeles Superior Court judge approved the dissolution on Wednesday, February 25, legally ending the relationship between Feldman and his former spouse.
According to the filing, Corey Feldman agreed to pay Courtney Anne Mitchell $100,000 in spousal support. However, both parties also agreed to waive any future claims, with the paperwork stating they each “waive any all rights to receive spousal support from the other at any time now or in the future.”
The ruling formally closes a marriage that began in 2016 and ended with the couple’s separation in June 2023.
Feldman’s $100K Divorce Payment Will Be Made Over Time

The agreement outlines a structured payment plan rather than a single lump sum payout.
Corey Feldman is required to pay an initial $10,000 within five days of the agreement being finalized. After that, he must continue making $10,000 payments every two months until the full $100,000 amount is satisfied.
The payment schedule ensures ongoing financial support while allowing the "The Goonies" actor to spread the obligation over time.
Corey Feldman Holds Onto Vehicles And Investments After Split

While Corey Feldman is responsible for certain financial obligations, including IRS debt from 2021 that he has reportedly been paying down, he is also retaining several personal assets following the divorce.
Among the items he will keep are a 2016 BMW, a 2021 Mercedes-Benz, a 2013 Coachmen Mirada motorhome, five shares of Tesla stock, and his collection of Michael Jackson memorabilia.
The division reflects a negotiated settlement rather than a contested court battle over property.
Feldman And Courtney Mitchell Reflected On Marriage After Breakup

When the pair announced their split in 2023, both Corey Feldman and Courtney Anne Mitchell emphasized mutual respect despite the breakup. The "Stand By Me" actor said at the time it was “with great sadness” that the relationship was ending "after many wonderful years together.”
“We have been through so much together and still have much love and respect for each other,” Feldman said. “There is no one to blame. This is a case of life becoming really hard, Courtney dealing with health issues, and two people who have grown apart and now find themselves at a crossroads."
Mitchell echoed similar sentiments, writing that the couple “shared some amazing times together” and that she “always will” love Feldman. She also spoke about her health challenges, including COVID-19 complications, hives, and chronic fatigue.
The former spouses had also worked together professionally, with Mitchell joining Feldman on tour and appearing alongside him on reality television projects such as "Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars Family Edition" and "Celebrity Wife Swap."
Corey Feldman Previously Confirmed Divorce Resolution On Social Media

Although the divorce has now been officially approved by a judge, the former couple had already worked out the major details well in advance. Earlier in the process, they agreed on how to divide assets, manage financial support, and resolve any legal matters tied to the separation. However, that agreement alone did not legally terminate the marriage.
As previously reported, Corey Feldman and Courtney Anne Mitchell reached what was described as a “global settlement” in November 2025, addressing the key financial and legal issues before the court formally entered the final judgment. At the time, the "The Lost Boys" actor publicly acknowledged the development by reposting coverage on X and calling it the “final Corey and Courtney scoop.”
"IT'S DONE," Feldman wrote. "THOU I WONT B DISHIN OR SHARIN ANY DEETS W U, I DID WANT 2 PROMOTE THE KNOWLEDGE THAT A RESOLUTION HAS BEEN REACHED, & THIS STORY FAIRLY COVERS THOSE FACTS, GOD BLESS."
Feldman was previously married to actress Vanessa Marcil from 1989 to 1993, followed by a second marriage to Susie Sprague that lasted from 2002 until 2014.
