Alexa, play “A Whole New World,” from the “Aladdin” soundtrack!
In recent weeks, the actress has been getting candid about her romance with the NFL star.
Earlier this year, the Green Bay QB shocked fans with his engagement news during the 2020 NFL Honors.
While accepting the award for “Most Valuable Player,” Rodgers said, “2020 was definitely a crazy year filled with lots of change, growth, some amazing, memorable moments. One hundred-eighty straight days of having my nose hair scraped, a plan for very little fans or no stands the entire season, I got engaged, and I played some of the best football of my career.”
Last week, The Blast filled you in on Shailene and Rodgers’ pact they made prior to going public with their relationship.
Now, in an entirely new interview, the “Big Little Lies” actress is speaking about how her life has changed since meeting and getting engaged to the footballer.
Shailene virtually appeared on “Late Night with Seth Meyers” on Monday, July 19.
During her appearance on ‘Late Night’ the topic of sports naturally came up, and if you didn’t know, Shailene isn’t a major sports fan.
“I’ve of course read that you are not a giant sports fan. I know that he is not someone who is only interested in sports, he has a giant breath of interest, but have you felt the need to bone up a little bit on your sports terminology?” Seth asked.
Shailene revealed that she doesn’t necessarily feel ‘pressure,’ but she does love getting behind Packers games.
“The Packers games are the only ones I find really interesting, because I have people to actually root for,” she revealed. “But, um, it is a whole new world learning all of the different… I still, I’m always like, ‘Oh you scored a goal,’ and he’s like ‘it’s a touchdown.’”
Can anyone else relate?!?
While Shailene’s football lingo may not be on-point just yet, the actress said she is “learning, slowly but surely.”

Despite not being the most devoted sports fan in the world, Shailene was able to help her fiancé prep for his “Jeopardy” hosting gig.
She revealed he would order Postmates and watch “Jeopardy” all day, every day prior to his big gig. The couple also rehearsed together and Shailene found his steadfast commitment to the job very inspiring.
See, opposites do attract!
