Just one day after Blanco sparked online chatter with some eyebrow-raising comments about his personal hygiene during the launch of his new "Friends Keep Secrets" podcast series, Gomez shared a playful video on her Instagram Story.

In the clip, the couple is seen laughing together in a park before she leans in for a kiss.

She captioned the post with a heartfelt message, writing that she falls "more and more in love" with him every day.

Blanco's podcast's debut episode sent fans of Gomez into a frenzy. During the February 24 premiere, the music producer appeared lounging barefoot on a couch in an orange-and-yellow T-shirt and tan pants, with viewers quickly pointing out that his feet looked visibly dirty as they rested on the cushions.

The YouTube comments section was filled with reactions. Some fans playfully called him out, with one writing, "Good podcast, wash your feet, Benny, and wash the floors."

At another point in the episode, Blanco leaned into the shock factor by intentionally passing gas near the microphone, telling listeners to see if it would register on audio.

The video of Blanco's feet quickly went viral on social media, prompting serious backlash from fans of Gomez, with many going as far as begging her to divorce her husband.

Blanco said the inspiration behind his new digital series was rooted in positivity.

Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter in an interview published February 24, he explained that he wanted to create a space centered on friendship and humor.

"For all the Andrew Tates and terrible people in this world, I saw an opening because I love hanging out with my friends, and it just so happens that my two best friends are the funniest people that I know and maybe the funniest people in the world," Blanco said.

Amid the backlash over his dirty feet and hygiene, it is worth noting that Blanco's relaxed approach to hygiene isn't entirely new.

In a 2024 interview with People Magazine, Blanco admitted he doesn't shower daily and avoids frequently washing his hair.
