The University of Georgia/SCSU star, dubbed the "World's most flexible gymnast," posted earlier this month, thrilling her 700,000+ followers as she reminded them of her skill set. Flipping herself upside-down from a locker room, Sydney showed off her agility and strength while in a tight swimsuit, going cheeky in a thong as she flaunted her fit figure. The viral star, who often posts gymnastics moves on her IG, earned over 21,000 likes for the share, plus the ultimate compliment as one user dubbed her a "smokeshow."

Stretching her hands down to reach the floor as she worked her hamstrings at the start of the video, the viral sensation showed she was only getting started, with fans then seeing her flip her entire body weight onto her hands as she lifted her legs in the air.

Showing off her incredible upper body strength, Sydney worked her legs into a split, flaunting her booty while wearing white socks.
