Zachery Ty Bryan is learning the consequences of driving while intoxicated in real time!
The star has now been sentenced to months behind bars as a response to his 2024 DUI arrest, and his previous two convictions made things worse.
Zachery Ty Bryan was taken into police custody in 2023 for a felony assault, alongside third-degree robbery and harassment in Eugene, Oregon.
Inside Zachery Ty Bryan's Latest Sentencing Episode

The actor was rearraigned in court today, Tuesday, 2026, after he pled guilty to driving under the influence and consuming an enhancement for driving with a BAC of 0.15% or higher, way over the legal limit of 0.8%.
The court documents also mentioned that the star admitted to having two DUI convictions in the past, which has set the tone for his fate in case of a fourth arrest.
He is now sentenced to 16 months in jail with credit for 57 days served, and he did not get the luck of being placed under probation should he get out of prison.
Alongside his sentencing, TMZ shared that he will also face out-of-county warrants once he is done serving his time. Bryan was earlier booked by the La Quinta Police in 2024 for DUI, alongside a misdemeanor contempt of court charge.

In late October 2024, he was arrested in Oklahoma for driving intoxicated after he was previously seen in the back seat of another driver's car. Following a sobriety test and questioning, he was subsequently booked into the Custer County jail.
The Blast noted that the October arrest came a few months after he was previously taken into custody in February 2024, this time for getting involved in a traffic collision.
Once again, he showed signs of being incapable of driving as he was very drunk and thus charged with "contempt of court," and a felony for operating a vehicle under the influence of a harmful substance.
The actor was booked into a Riverside County jail. He had earlier been arrested in 2023 in Oregon and charged with fourth-degree felony assault, third-degree robbery, and harassment.
The Eugene police department confirmed that they had received a report around 6:00 pm on July 28, 2023, of a physical dispute between Bryan and an adult female at a north Eugene residence.
The law enforcement agents continued that they then arrested Bryan after contacting him and lodged him at Lane County Jail on a charge of assault in the Fourth Degree APA (Abuse Prevention Act).

Last December, The Blast shared another story about the TV star confessing in court that he went against the terms of his probation three times.
This admission came with severe consequences for his already delicate position with law enforcement. It prompted his probation officer to give a recommendation that he serve his complete 19- to 20-month prison sentence.
The penalty was reportedly connected to his second domestic violence conviction from 2023, two years after he initially pled guilty to domestic violence charges in 2021.
Bryan's probation violation reportedly occurred from an incident with his former fiancée, Johnnie Faye Cartwright, who attempted to run him over with a vehicle while their kids were present.
Authorities claimed that Bryan violated the court order, which ordered him to stay away from Cartwright. He, however, escaped being hit by the vehicle, prompting it to crash into a nearby ditch.

Cartwright did not escape from the consequences of her nasty encounter with Bryan during their camping trip. Not only was she slammed with a heavy fine for attempting to run the actor over with their three young children in the car, but her driving license also bagged a 1-year suspension.
Cartwright pled guilty to DUI and reckless driving misdemeanors as she appeared in court in January, where she was asked to pay $1,500 in fines alongside 24 months of probation for her two guilty pleas.
Once her 1-year ban on her license was lifted, she was ordered to use an ignition interlock device and mandated to complete a Quantitative Risk Assessment program. Failure to do as instructed may result in her facing 20 days in jail for her DUI and another 10 days for her reckless driving charge.
She was also barred from consuming alcohol or buying any. Her DUI conviction fee of $255 payment schedule was also set to commence on March 1, 2026.
Zachery Ty Bryan Blamed Early Fame For His Erratic Behaviors

Last November, when his former partner secured a lengthy restraining order against him, Bryan reacted with a remorseful statement to TMZ, condemning domestic violence and noting his regrets about allegedly punching Cartwright in the head.
In his statement, he noted that his behavior was a result of his time on television and how he got exposed to the dark side of getting famous so early, at a young age. He noted that the effects of the poor decisions he made as a famous person at an early age left his loved ones dealing with hurt and pain.
The star expressed that getting named in a series of arrests and allegations has forced him to have an introspection and put his life in order while taking accountability for his actions.
Bryan continued that he feels very bad to be referred to as the bad dad, and he has started attending anger management programs to set his life on the right path.
Hopefully, Zachery Ty Bryan grows from his prison experience and becomes a better person coming out!
