Aaron Phypers Wants Denise Richards To Pay Him Spousal Support

Aaron Phypers and Denise Richards ongoing divorce battle has been growing tense behind the scenes and seems to have now reached a fever pitch. According to Page Six, the actor filed new court documents on Friday demanding that the actress pay him spousal support because of his dire financial situation.
In the documents, Phypers claims he wants the payment because he lacks "stable income" due to his "business operations and infrastructure" being "disrupted in late 2024." He went further to insist that he has a right to temporary spousal support as he needs to maintain a "status quo" of "financial fairness during litigation," despite the fact that he has a pending criminal and domestic violence case.
According to the news outlet, he claims in the record that "temporary support focuses primarily on need and ability to pay, not final fault determinations or ultimate property division." So the court is obligated to "ensure equitable interim conditions" by ordering his estranged wife to pay.
Aaron Phypers Says His Pending Criminal Case Should Not Stop Him From Getting Spousal Support

Phypers married The "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" alum in 2018, but their relationship seemingly hit the rocks as he filed for divorce, listing July 4, 2025, as the date of separation and "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for their split.
Following his filing, Richards accused him of physical assault and demanded a domestic violence restraining order against him. He has repeatedly denied the accusation, adding that he has since entered a not guilty plea.
He insists that his pending criminal case and the restraining order should not block his right to financial support, as he notes, "there has been no criminal conviction."
Aaron Phypers Claims He Has A Right To '50% Compensation' From Denise Richards' OnlyFans Earnings

According to the news outlet, Phypers also claims he is entitled to "50% compensation" from Richards successful OnlyFans venture, which he previously revealed brings in up to $300,000 monthly.
"She is literally making money every single month from my intellectual property in the form of the photographs that I took of her that she has posted on her OnlyFans page," the documents read.
He went further to claim he was supposed to be paid for his role on her show "Denise Richards & Her Wild Things," but never got anything.
"I was supposed to receive 50% of the production income received by Smoke & Mirrors Entertainment, LLC, for that show, and instead, I have not received any of the production profits, nor any accounting for what the company received for that show," he alleges.
Aaron Phypers Claims He Helped Denise Richards Build Her OnlyFans

Richards has also taken steps to protect her funds and filed a court document in January asking a judge to deny Phypers' request for half of her OnlyFans fortune, citing a missed deadline.
According to TMZ, she claimed that Phypers was supposed to file an updated income and expense declaration at the time, but didn't do it.
He has always maintained he was instrumental in helping Richards build some of her money-making ventures, particularly her OnlyFans account, which he claims he helped her build and that he holds "the intellectual property rights to most, if not all, of the pictures that are in use on her page."
Aaron Phypers Parents 'Begged' For Donations

Phypers has since been evicted from the L.A. mansion he once shared with the actress, leading to his eviction from the property. Shortly after, his parents launched a now-deleted GoFundMe page asking the public to donate after a court ruled in favor of the landlord, per Page Six.
"Please Help My Son Aaron," she wrote on the fundraiser page, calling herself "a Grandmother Begging for Justice and for the Little Girl Torn From Our Lives."
"My son, Aaron Phypers, has been destroyed by false allegations, Hollywood power, and a system determined to silence him," she claimed.
She also added that the "deepest wound" for her son was the "loss of his daughter," referring to Eloise, whom Richards had before they met.
"[Eloise] was our light. She adored her daddy. And overnight, she was taken from him… and from us… without truth, without justice, without mercy," Patricia claimed.
Elsewhere, she added that she and her son are "out of options" and that her own pension is "gone."
"Please — if you have ever loved a child or grandchild — help my son fight for the truth and for Eloise," she begged. "Your support may be the only thing that saves him."
Meanwhile, Richards slammed the fundraiser as "outrageous."
