Mandy Rose is reminding fans exactly why she remains one of the most talked-about names in wrestling and fitness, even after stepping away from WWE. The former NXT Women’s Champion recently made waves again after a fan account reshared a striking bikini clip showing the blonde bombshell confidently strutting outdoors in a bold blue two-piece that left little to the imagination. And as expected, the internet had plenty to say.

In the resurfaced post, Rose walked toward the camera wearing a vibrant electric-blue bikini featuring a triangle top and high-cut bottoms that highlighted her curves and physique. Her long platinum hair flowed over her shoulders as she lifted it slightly with both hands. Clear heels completed the look, adding more to the already eye-catching scene.

Even after her WWE departure, Rose has continued building a strong brand across social media, fitness, and subscription content platforms.

Long before building her current empire outside the ring, Mandy Rose made it clear she understood exactly how powerful social media could be.

In a 2022 interview, the former WWE star reflected on how her platform helped shape her career from the very beginning. “Social media is extremely important! When I first got to WWE, starting out with Tough Enough 7, 8 years ago, however long it’s been, I had a little bit of a following because I came from fitness and I was competing. And I did a lot of that on my own,” she explained at the time.

Rose said that early momentum opened her eyes to what social media could truly become. “That’s when I first realized, and this was when social media was getting big of course, not where it is today, that this is a great platform for anyone to basically do anything, right?" she said. "It’s like an open canvas.”

She added that she never hesitated to lean back into her fitness roots, the niche that originally helped her grow an audience. “So I came with a little bit of a following from fitness and I haven’t been afraid to go back to my roots and I know that’s my niche," Rose said. "I just always love engaging with my followers.”

Rose also emphasized that engagement is just as important as the content itself.

“But I think the involvement and the engagement is extremely important, and obviously WWE has the very best social media platforms, and I think it’s amazing to use it to your advantage," the former WWE star said at the time. "And that’s what I always preach to a lot of these women and men when they ask for advice or whatever it may be. I’m always like, ‘Guys, use this to your advantage.’”

Given her continued success online, it’s clear she took her own advice and ran with it.
