NFL WAG Sydney Warner knows what it's like to be in the spotlight from her days on "The Bachelor." Now a mom of 2-under-2, life has shifted a bit, and she takes it all in stride.

From welcoming her new baby girl with her husband, NFL star Fred Warner during a hectic football season, to adjusting to life as a mom of two little ones, Warner is learning as she goes and enjoying the ride.

The glowing mom of two recently sat down with The Blast to chat about her recent partnership with Pampers, how she's adjusting to this new chapter in her life, and how she still gets noticed from her days on "The Bachelor."

Sydney Warner Is Adjusting To Being A Mom Of Two And Credits 'Time Management'

Sydney and Fred recently welcomed their second child, Bella, who is now six weeks old. She joined big brother Beau, almost 2, who Sydney said, "he's loving just having an extra person in the house."

"He's a really sweet boy and he enjoys energy and lots of people around. He likes chaos and lots of people, so I think if we have a larger family, he would love that," she told The Blast exclusively. "It's honestly going really well."

When asked what's helped her adjusting from one child to two, Sydney credits "time management."

"I think it's my biggest thing. My days are planned out to the half-an-hour, everything is planned, and Beau and Bella are on strict routines. For some people, that works and for some, it doesn't," she shared. "I implemented a good sleep schedule, eating schedule, play schedule, naps; everything is mapped out. That's what gets us through our days because if it's on the fly, you can never get things done. So that's what's helped me be able to function and be a good mom, a good wife, do my business, and everything else in between."

The Couple 'Hit The Ground Running' With Two Under Two

While on the subject of adjusting to life with two young children, Sydney said they really just "hit the ground running."

"I think everyone's like, what's the hardest transition - zero to one or one to two, and I think zero to one taught me your life is completely different now. So I think the transition of having another hasn't been as hard because I'm used to this now and I'm not scared of all the little noises and things. Everything's not as new, which is a huge weight lifted off my shoulders," she told The Blast.

"I don't have to learn as much, but I think now it's just the energy and just keeping up with Beau and the wild year of 2-years-old and just making sure Bella is nurtured and happy and sleeping well and eating well."

And while many might assume things flow slightly easier now that football season is done, Sydney said that really didn't change much in their routines and schedules.

"You'd think it's a little bit more breathing room, but I've told many people that off season really isn't. You think, oh we're going on this vacation and that vacation and that we do have 24 hours in a day now that Fred's home, but that's not the case," she said. "Fred goes to work the same time, 7 a.m. every single day, and he comes home later in the evening. So it's not really an off season."

She added that the only big difference in their schedule is no game on Sunday.

The Timing Was Perfect To Partner With Pampers

The timing for a partnership with Pampers couldn't be better now that Sydney has two in diapers. And since her son is active, Pampers Cruisers 360 help her day move along a little smoother.

"Beau is about to be 2 and having Pampers Cruisers 360 to just pull on like pants and rip off like a diaper is seriously a game changer," she told The Blast. "My son's on the larger side. He's tall, his dad's tall, he's a big boy, so just laying him down for diaper changes was definitely not in the books for us anymore as he's getting older."

She added that Pampers Swaddlers has been "amazing" for her daughter.

"There's been no messy blowouts and all the things when they're so little," she continued. "So it's just been a really good organic partnership for me that just fits seamlessly into our lifestyle."

Sydney Warner's Days On 'The Bachelor' Entered The Chat

Many fans of "The Bachelor" may recognize Sydney from her time on the show. She said she still gets recognized while out and others recognize her because of her husband.

"The mass majority of my following really came from 'The Bachelor.' And then sometimes, people will follow me just because of my husband and they're like, 'Wait, I think I know you from the show,'" Sydney said. "And I'm like, isn't it funny how the worlds just collided? But that's where I think it all started for me. It'll always be my starting point for my career."

And while life has kept her really busy and she hasn't watched the show in years, she said she might get back into it this season with "The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" star Taylor Frankie Paul.

"There is a lot of buzz around that," she said. "So me and Fred might dive into it. Fred grew up in Utah, so why not?"

Being a busy mom of two, a creator, and an NFL wife keeps Sydney booked and busy, but she does manage to find time to recharge and refill her own cup.

"This weekend, I'm going to go out with the girls to dinner, so that makes me feel like me," she said. "I love to get my nails done, all the girly things. Me and my husband went on a little spa day for Valentine's Day a couple of weeks back. It's just like those little pockets here and there doing things that can fill my cup."

As for what the future holds for her, Sydney said she hopes to just keep on "growing."

"I want to keep pouring into my social media and creating content that moms love now that I'm a mom creator," she said. "And just to be a good mom and a good wife. I just love to make a good home, make my kids happy, be a good wife and create good content for other moms like me that are just trying to get by."
