Alexandra Daddario’s personal life is making headlines after news broke that the "Baywatch" and "White Lotus" star has officially filed for divorce from her husband, film producer Andrew Form. The couple, who share a young child together, had been married for three years before quietly deciding to part ways. While the split appears amicable, the announcement comes less than two years after the pair welcomed their first baby, a milestone Daddario previously described as life-changing.

"Baywatch" star Alexandra Daddario and her husband of three years, Andrew Form, have split. According to New York court records seen by TMZ, Daddario filed for divorce from Form on Friday.
A rep for the actress said in a statement, "The decision was made with love and respect. They will continue to co-parent their child together and appreciate privacy as they navigate this transition.”

In December 2021, Daddario and Form got engaged, and the pair tied the knot in New Orleans roughly six months later in June 2022.
The two share a 15-month-old son, and Daddario is also stepmom to Form's two kids, Rowan, 9, and Julian, 12, whom he shares with his ex-wife Jordana Brewster.
Alexandra Daddario Opened Up About Pregnancy Joy After Previous Loss

Daddario and Form announced that they were expecting their first child together in July 2024. At the time, the outlet shared that Daddario had kept her pregnancy secret for six months. Along with the announcement, Daddario told Vogue she was "overjoyed" to be pregnant. She also shared she previously experienced a pregnancy loss. "Well, I had been pregnant,” she said. “I had loss.”
“It’s long and complicated, so I don’t want to be too specific,” she continued. “Those kinds of losses and trauma are very hard to explain unless you’ve been through them. I really relate to all the women who have been through those kinds of things in a way that I didn’t understand fully before. It’s very, very painful.”

She shared the first photo on Instagram of her baby a few months later, reflecting on what her body has endured since giving birth. "I play a witch on TV and gave birth on Halloween, but nothing could have prepared me for the magic, and scares, of postpartum," the "Mayfair Witches" star wrote in her caption. "THIS is what it looks like for me 6 days after giving birth to my magical little baby."
"Women’s bodies are amazing and I’ve never felt more proud of mine," she continued. "So much love to all the new moms out there leaning into their new powers (and new @fridamom undies)! #fridamompartner."

During New York Fashion Week, the "White Lotus" alum appeared at the Tory Burch Fall 2025 Ready-to-Wear fashion show. There, she spoke to PEOPLE about how motherhood is treating her.
She explained that she’s only attending one NYFW show because she has her son at home. “Fashion Week is a breeze compared to a hungry little baby,” she said before adding that motherhood has been “wonderful.” “I'm very lucky,” she explained. “He's a great baby. He's just brought so much joy and peace in my life, so I recommend it to anyone who wants a kid."
While motherhood has become her top priority, Daddario has continued to reflect on her career and the projects that helped shape her recent success.
Alexandra Daddario Teases Possible ‘White Lotus’ Return For Rachel And Shane

Daddario portrayed journalist Rachel Patton in the first season of "The White Lotus" and previously shared that series creator Mike White has floated the possibility of bringing Rachel and her husband Shane (Jake Lacy) back for a future cameo on the HBO drama.
She said, “Shane and I would be on a boat, talking about other people, annoying everyone around us. Mike's brain is always working. That's the whole thing with his commentary on the world around him: He's always observing.”
The next season of "The White Lotus" is expected to be out in time to compete in the 2027 Emmy cycle.
