Custody Battle Heats Up As Sheri Easterling Requests Supervised Visits

Rae's mother has filed to become the primary caretaker of their 12-year-old son, Lucas Lopez, and receive child support as their other son, Enzo Lopez, is already a legal adult at 18.

But Easterling suggested the 50-year-old patriarch, who's also the father of adult daughter Macye Neumeyer, has supervised visitation of little Lucas, according to court documents obtained by TMZ. The Louisiana ex-couple famously wed in 2004, then divorced in 2017, remarried in 2018, and then divorced for good in 2022 amid allegations he had a five-month affair with a 25-year-old woman named Renée Ash.

In order to support her case, Easterling detailed Lopez's alleged verbal and physical abuse over the years in the custody petition as far back as 2005, when she claimed he violently pushed her and squeezed her neck with his hands.

Easterling alleged that Lopez slapped Rae "across the face with an open hand for talking back to him in 2008." A decade later, Easterling claimed Lopez "beat her with a pillow and held it over her face so she couldn't breathe" after rebuffing his sexual advances.

The former flame of Yung Gravy alleged the grandfather-of-two "beat her on the legs and butt" in 2020 during another altercation. She said she called the police after Lopez showed up to her home on October 29 to introduce her to his second wife, Kaitlyn Nicole Lopez, and "violently banged on the door."
