Shia LaBeouf's former co-star, Christy Carlson Romano, is not on his side!
The actor's latest mess has failed to spur any sympathy from people in his close circle, including his former co-star, who made it clear that none of the drama is her business.
Shia LaBeouf was recently arrested after he got into a bar brawl in New Orleans during his Mardi Gras celebrations, where he was also nearly beaten to a pulp.

Romano made her shade known towards LaBeouf in a new Instagram clip shared yesterday, where she restated to the public that she is not involved in his drama in any way.
She reiterated that she has chosen to take a sharp turn away from her ways of always defending the movie star and now minding her own business.
Romano emphasized that she needs to focus on her ongoing battle with cancer after she tested positive during a cancer screening. The TV star's post came hours after his arrest, although she did not name-drop the actor.
Fans flocked to Carlson's comment section, dropping confirmation that they knew exactly who her comment was aimed at. One Instagram user wrote:
"Don't you talk badly about a true artist now. He wears his heart out for everyone to stab. Shia didn't have the best role models; we can't blame him. Van Gogh had issues, too, remember. All the good artists do…"
Another social media user declared that her reaction to the development was the answer they were looking for all along, as her thought popped into her head when the news of LaBeouf's arrest became public.
Other commenters expressed sadness at LaBeouf and his former co-star falling out to the point where she is failing to actually defend him or feel sympathy towards him in public.
One more Instagram user slammed Romano for always "inserting" herself into controversial issues, as she quickly countered with a response that she would never do that, as she is doing so great with her life.
Christy Carlson Romano Expressed Regret At Charting Another Course Post Disney Success

Page Six shared that the actress, who starred alongside LaBeouf in their hit Disney series, which aired from 2000 to 2003, opened up in 2021 that things got rough between her and him after their time on "Even Stevens."
"We went from seeing each other every day, to not seeing each other for years, to him being this huge star. For a while, I think the ghost of who Shia was and who he became was really frustrating for me," Romano admitted.
The television personality added that aside from watching LaBeouf become a huge star overnight, she was also displeased with herself for choosing to go to college instead of pulling strings to become a bigger Hollywood star.
She then clarified that the relationship between herself and her on-screen brother was never that deep because they treated themselves as mere co-workers and nothing more. Romano explained that they never expressed how they felt about each other and thus missed a rare opportunity to bond.
Shia LaBeouf Turned Attention To The Church Post Arrest

After a whirlwind week of wining, dining, brawling, and even getting arrested, the actor was spotted by paparazzi going for a run in the afternoon before visiting two catholic churches upon his arrival.
As reported by The Blast, LaBeouf exited his home in New Orleans to visit St. Francis of Assisi and St. Stephen Catholic churches. While the details of his visit remained undisclosed, the timing coincided with Ash Wednesday, and his visit was futile as the churches appeared closed.
From there, he reportedly headed to an upscale Mediterranean restaurant, Saj, where he was spotted conversing with a woman before getting inside to eat alone.
LaBeouf has spoken on his evolving journey with getting deeper in faith in recent times. He revealed that he dabbled in Catholicism in 2022 after he played the role of an Italian priest, Francesco Forgione, in "Padre Pio."
He had lived in a monastery with Franciscan Capuchin friars and gave up alcohol while preparing for the film. LaBeouf was subsequently confirmed as a member of the Catholic church in 2023 and has since maintained an identity related to the Catholic church.
The 39-Year-Old Reportedly Uttered Unprintable Words During His Arrest

An eyewitness and an alleged victim of his rage-filled New Orleans conduct on Monday had revealed to the police that the actor constantly used gay slurs on him during the attack.
LaBeouf reportedly used the F-word so many times on two men as he beat them with closed fists and continued to utter upsetting slurs towards them. In the report obtained by TMZ, it wasstated that LaBeouf had said that some "f-ggots" put him in jail.
One of the other alleged victims confessed to trying to calm the actor but still ended up getting punched in the nose. Although the said man was able to put his nose back in place, officers on the scene confirmed that the alleged punch resulted in a dislocation.
Shia LaBeouf's Past Resurfaces

Before the actor was arrested, he suffered a rather humiliating encounter, one he would love to forget about soon. LaBeouf was seen getting the beating of his life first by three men, as he appeared helpless and shirtless on the floor.
It did not take long before a fourth man got off a phone call and joined in the assault against the actor. His attackers were joking around as they yelled angrily, saying, "We gon' beat the f-ck out of you, boy. Chill!"
Although LaBeouf seemed obviously the victim in this particular video, his history of physical aggressiveness soon made rounds in the media, with a resurfaced clip of headbutting.
