Brooke Adams Turns Heads In Tiny Outfit That Has Fans Saying 'Good Lord!'

Brooke Adams is setting the tone for 2026, and let’s just say fans are having a hard time focusing on goal-setting. The former wrestling star lit up Instagram this week with a jaw-dropping snap that had followers flooding her comments with everything from heart-eyes to a very enthusiastic “Good lord!”

In the photo, Adams poses against a rustic wooden wall, rocking a cropped gray sweatshirt layered over a black bandeau-style top, paired with high-cut black bottoms that highlight her toned abs and sculpted legs. Slouchy knit leg warmers add to the vibe, while her long brunette waves frame her face as she gazes confidently off-camera. One hand grips the hem of her sweatshirt, subtly drawing attention to her midsection, while the other rests near her hip.

While Adams used her caption to talk about 2026 goals and fresh starts, even referencing the Chinese New Year and the “year of the fire horse,” many followers were admittedly distracted. “Wow, Brooke, so hot!! Good lord!” one fan commented, alongside a string of heart and fire emojis. Others kept it simple with “Beautiful,” heart-eyes, and flame emojis.

Though the image turned heads, Adams’ caption carried a motivational undertone. She encouraged followers to recommit to their 2026 goals, shed old habits, and push forward with intention.

“Those old habits, that old mindset…gone. Push forward!" she wrote. "Set the tone today for your whole year."

Back in January, Brooke Adams marked the transition by posing with an actual snake draped across her shoulders. Rocking a metallic gold bikini, Adams stood poolside as the massive python coiled around her torso.

In her caption, she reflected on “Leaving the Year of the Snake. Shed the skin, learned the lessons,” before declaring she was “Charging into the Year of the Horse. No reins, no fear, full speed ahead.” She even gave a nod to her scaly scene partner, joking, “200 lbs of pure muscle. She was a beast."

Long before she was gaining attention on social media, Brooke Adams was grinding behind the scenes to be taken seriously inside the ring. In a 2012 interview, wrestling under the name Miss Tessmacher, she opened up about how difficult that transition truly was.

“It has been a long road,” she said at the time. “I’ve been giving it everything that I have the last couple of months. When I first came to TNA and Impact, I was playing Miss Tessmacher, the secretary. It really wasn’t fulfilling. It wasn’t utilizing my talents and what I wanted to do."

For Brooke Adams, the turning point came when she realized she couldn’t split her focus if she truly wanted to succeed in professional wrestling.

She added, "So I knew that in order to make an impact I had to go and really quit everything else I was doing. I gave up the Hooters pageant to start training. I gave up another pageant and other ones because wrestling ended up being my life and the most important thing to me. With this being the most difficult sport I’ve ever been involved in and the biggest challenge, I did have to give away a lot of things for that.”

From pageant stages to championship gold and viral bikini snaps, Brooke Adams has proven she’s never been afraid to evolve.
