Jen Bretty is setting the record straight. The Canadian OnlyFans creator, who boasts more than two million followers across social media, is pushing back against persistent Brazilian Butt Lift rumors with a firm message that her body is “all natural.”

After years of scrutiny, she is opening up about fitness, genetics, online criticism, and self-acceptance.

Jen Bretty Says Her Body Transformation Is Natural

Bretty explained that the shift in her appearance began when she reworked her approach to exercise and food. Instead of chasing a slimmer frame, she leaned into strength training and stopped obsessing over calorie counts.

“OK, so a little backstory is I used to work out,” she told The Blast. “Every single day, do a lot of cardio and I switched to working out about 3 to 4 times a week and doing a lot more weight training, not doing cardio, not counting calories.”

She admitted that body image pressures shaped her earlier years.

“Growing up, I actually was always kind of thicker, but that wasn't the trend back in the day, so I just was always trying to be skinny and lose weight,” she said. “Recently, I decided to just embrace being thicker.”

That decision, she says, is when the BBL rumors intensified.

Embracing Curves Sparked Surgery Speculation

According to Bretty, embracing a curvier figure brought a wave of cosmetic surgery accusations. Rather than retreat, she responded by showing more.

“That led me to a lot of surgery comments and that is actually why I post so many pictures unedited or showing my cellulite or showing my stretch marks to kind of prove to people that, hey, you know, like this is what a natural body looks like,” she said. “I have stretch marks, I have cellulite.”

Still, opinions remain split online.

“Everyone's divided about it,” she said. “Everyone loves to accuse me of surgeries, but at the end of the day, I am just happy with my natural curvier body and some people love it, some people hate it.”

She also revealed the constant stream of commentary she faces.

“Some people say I looked better before,” she said. “Some people say I need to work out. Some people say I'm fat. Some people say I, you know, need to get skinnier or start dieting.”

Jen Bretty Details Her Workout Routine

Despite assumptions that she “let herself go,” Bretty insists she remains committed to training, just on her own terms.

“I still do work out, which a lot of people think I just let myself go, but I do work out probably 4 to 5 days a week and I weight train,” she said. “I don't do any cardio. I eat a lot of food because I enjoy eating, but, and I'm not dieting.”

She also credits genetics for her shape.

“I won't lie, I'm obviously genetically blessed with a good body type,” she said. “I hold a lot of my weight in my lower body, but nowadays, any girls who have a bigger lower body are accused of getting surgery.”

“Girls do exist who have, you know, bigger lower bodies, bigger butts, bigger thighs,” she added. “I've always, you know, never had a thigh gap and I don't want one anymore.”

For Bretty, it is less about trends and more about authenticity.

Jen Bretty Connects Confidence To Career Success

Bretty believes embracing her natural body has positively impacted both her happiness and her professional momentum.

“During this whole process, I also realized that there's so many people that actually do love curvier women,” she said. “I think that's what's really helped me embrace it is that I see how successful I've, you know, become on OnlyFans and how many people really do love curvier, curve, curvier women.”

Even so, the allegations continue.

“The BBL allegations happen all the time and there's nothing I can really do about it,” she said.

Still, she refuses to let the speculation define her narrative.

A Photoshop Incident That Changed Everything

In 2020, Bretty shared a striking example of the criticism she faces. A stranger edited one of her selfies to make her body appear smaller and sent it back with commentary.

“Someone did this to your pic and I gotta say cut the extra weight and you’d be perfect,” the message read.

Bretty was stunned by the effort someone put into reshaping her image.

“A guy really took the time out of his day to photoshop me smaller?” she wrote. “I hated myself for years because I wanted to be small like that. But that’s not me, it never will be and I don’t want it to be either. I don’t need editing. F-CK YOU.”

For Bretty, the message is simple. She is done apologizing for her body. Whether critics believe her or not, she insists her curves are natural, her confidence is earned, and she is not shrinking herself for anyone.
