Miss Universe 2025 Fátima Bosch recently experienced a shocking health scare during a festival.
The Mexican beauty pageant titleholder scared onlookers and fans across social media platforms following viral videos of her sudden collapse.
The incident comes three months after Fátima Bosch emerged victorious at the Miss Universe competition in November 2025 amid rigging accusations.

Bosch's health scare occurred at the Fruit and Flower Festival in Ecuador on Sunday, February 15. She was riding a flower float during the parade, wearing a beautiful green gown with her tiara sitting perfectly on her curly tresses.
The Miss Universe titleholder was waving and blowing kisses at the crowd, looking like the epitome of good health, until she suddenly lost her elegant demeanor. Bosch appeared to fumble with her dress and leaned on the float's railing for support.
She struggled to regain control of her body, swaying slightly before collapsing to her knees. Bosch did not seem able to stand up, and a parade official immediately rushed to her side. It was unclear what they discussed, but Bosch could be seen gesturing at her chest as seen in the video shared by TMZ.

According to the outlet, Bosch was later attended to by paramedics at the scene and was relieved of her duties for the day to undergo tests. Neither she nor the Miss Universe Organization has addressed what caused her sudden fall during the parade.
Nonetheless, the video sparked concerns on social media platforms like X, with many hoping Bosch wasn't sick. "That looked rough. Hope she's okay after that fall," a worried fan penned. Another agreed, writing, "Hope she's ok."
The concern for Bosch also sparked theories about what happened, with someone suspecting that she didn't have enough food or that her dress was too tight. A fellow theorist believed the beauty pageant titleholder had experienced a "blood sugar drop," while another blamed "lack of circulation to the legs."
The Incident Comes Months After The Mexican Beauty's Controversial Victory

As stated, Bosch's shocking health scare comes months after she emerged victorious as the winner of Miss Universe 2025. Unfortunately, her victory was far from smooth sailing, with accusations of rigging.
One of the Miss Universe judges, Natalie Glebova, who won the event in 2005, argued that Bosch wasn't the real victor in her eyes. She was appointed as a judge after several judges resigned from the competition, including Omar Harfouch, who dropped the rigging allegations.
PEOPLE reported that Glebova shared her support for Miss Thailand Pravaneer Singh in a social media post, declaring her "My Winner." She seemingly fueled the rigging rumors by noting that back in her time, there were certain safeguards to ensure the voting was all legitimate.
Inside The Rigging Allegations Leveled By A Former Judge

While Glebova did not directly claim the Miss Universe competition had been rigged, The Blast reported that former judge Harfouch had no issues slamming the organization. He announced his resignation by alleging he was leaving because a winner had been pre-determined.
Following Bosch's November 2025 victory, Harfouch doubled down on his claims, revealing that he was in the early stages of pursuing a formal complaint against the Miss Universe Organization. He accused them of fraud, abuse of power, corruption, deception, and more.
According to Harfouch, he waited before taking legal action to prove that he always knew Bosch would be crowned Miss Universe 2025. He claimed she won through nepotism because Miss Universe owner Raúl Rocha allegedly had business dealings with Bosch's father.
How Fátima Bosch Reacted To Her Miss Universe Victory

Despite the allegations surrounding her crown, Bosch chose not to address the rigging accusations when celebrating her Miss Universe 2025 title. She marked the win in an Instagram post, dropping a series of images from the big night.
"Today I reaffirmed that what God has destined for you, neither envy stops it, nor destiny aborts it, nor luck changes it," she wrote in Spanish in the post's caption. Bosch's win came weeks after she became the center of a massive walkout following a confrontation with pageant executive Nawat Itsaragrisil.
The Blast covered the story, reporting that Victoria Theilvig, Miss Universe 2024 titleholder, had stormed out of the event with other pageant competitors. She joined these women in protesting against Itsaragrisil for publicly reprimanding Bosch and calling her a "dummy."
