Charlotte Flair Serves 'Stunner' Energy In Bedazzled Bikini Look

Charlotte Flair is once again proving why fans can’t stop talking about her. The WWE superstar recently set Instagram ablaze after sharing a glamorous mirror selfie that had followers flooding the comments. Rocking a dazzling, star-studded bikini-style top in shades of blue and gold, Flair paired the sparkling look with long, flowing blonde waves and flawless, contoured makeup. Safe to say, the snap quickly turned into a fan appreciation thread.

“My beautiful queen,” one admirer wrote, while another chimed in with a string of heart and flame emojis, calling her a “gorgeous princess.” But it was one particular comment that summed up everyone's thoughts. “OMG, everyday I see her, she looks better," the user wrote. "Absolute stunner, and very talented.”

While fans can’t get enough of Flair’s polished, larger-than-life persona, the woman behind the glam has recently admitted that keeping everything “perfect” came at a cost.

Last year, Flair addressed her divorce from fellow professional wrestler Andrade El Idolo, and she now says that finally saying it out loud changed everything. “I’ve felt a bit exposed,” Flair told PEOPLE at the time.

But she was quick to clarify that the vulnerability hasn’t been a negative. “I think a weight has been lifted off my shoulders because ‘Charlotte’ had to be so perfect and pristine all the time," she said. "And people couldn't separate the character and who I am in real life."

For years, Flair says she felt pressure to maintain the flawless image associated with her in-ring persona. Opening up about the struggles she had kept private allowed her to finally draw a line between the character and the woman behind it.

“So, getting all these things that have been really hard for me off of my chest, like, ‘This is who I am, accept me,’” she continued. “It feels like I don’t have to, not necessarily hide, but I’m not worrying about, you know, ‘What’s going to happen today?’ Or in an interview, ‘Are they going to ask me and I’ll have to pivot to something else?’ It’s like, this is the authentic me. And it feels really good.”

And while Flair has built her career on being untouchable inside the ring, she admits there’s always been a softer side that fans don’t always get to see. In fact, she joked that if she could fully embody her larger-than-life persona in everyday life, she would.

“If I could be ‘Charlotte’ in my real life, I would,” Flair told the magazine. “In reality, if I wasn’t here right now, I’d be in sweats watching old episodes of 'Sex and the City.'”

Still, at this stage in her career, the 39-year-old says she’s ready to blur the lines just a bit.

“But no, I feel like at this stage in my career I’d like to pull the curtain back a little bit and show them like, hey I’ve been this hardcore, dominant b-tch for however many years. But I’d like to also be able to high-five the kids as I walk down the aisle.”
