Sydney Sweeney is once again proving she doesn’t need much to send the internet into a frenzy. In a fan-shared post currently making the rounds, the "Anyone But You" actress is seen snapping a mirror selfie inside a marble bathroom, wrapped in nothing but a plush white towel. Her blonde hair is loosely pinned up with wispy strands framing her face.  Holding her phone up with one hand while securing the towel with the other, the 28-year-old gives a calm expression, which was a huge difference from the chaos erupting in the comment section.

“Beautiful,” one follower wrote, while another chimed in with heart emojis. But one particular comment stood out: “We need more soap girl hurry up in there.”

Sweeney’s $8 Bathwater Soap Sold Out In Seconds And Sparked Resale Frenzy

In June 2025, Sweeney teamed up with the natural body care brand to release a limited-edition bar called Sydney’s Bathwater Bliss, which was infused with her actual bathwater.

Priced at just $8, the 5,000-bar drop sold out within seconds, with some bars later popping up on resale sites like eBay for hundreds of dollars. The pine, Douglas fir, and moss-scented soap quickly became one of the most talked-about celebrity product launches of the year.

Sydney Sweeney Leaned Into The ‘Weird’ Factor

When Sydney’s Bathwater Bliss officially launched, Sweeney didn’t shy away from the eyebrow-raising concept. In an official press release at the time, the "Anyone But You" actress addressed the viral demand head-on. “When your fans start asking for your bathwater, you can either ignore it, or turn it into a bar of Dr. Squatch soap,” she said.

Acknowledging the absurdity of the idea, Sweeney added, “It’s weird in the best way, and I love that we created something that’s not just unforgettable, it actually smells incredible and delivers like every other Dr. Squatch product I love. Hopefully, this helps guys wake up to the realities of conventional personal care products and pushes them towards natural.”

In other words, what started as an internet joke quickly turned into a strategic business move.
