Angel Reese is so back. On Wednesday, February 11, 2026, Unrivaled, the popular women's 3x3 basketball league taking over the sports world, announced it was signing Reese for the remainder of the season.

Angel Reese's return to Unrivaled is especially noteworthy, as the Chicago Sky star initially opted not to return to the league for season 2, instead joining the Team USA training camp and taking on additional work opportunities.

Angel Reese Excites Basketball Fans After Signing With Unrivaled

Unrivaled broke the news of Reese's return to the 3x3 league this morning.

In an email sent to The Blast, the sports league said the basketball superstar has agreed to a new deal for the remainder of the 2026 season.

Reese will return to Unrivaled on February 20, competing for Rose BC, the team she won a championship with during the inaugural 2025 season.

Reese's arrival comes after Rose BC had a vacant roster spot following Aari McDonald being ruled out due to her right-leg injury and a subsequent three-team trade involving Azurá Stevens.

Angel Reese Says Hello To Her Rosebuds

Reese's return to Unrivaled has been the talk of the town. It's understandable, however, considering the 6'3" power forward initially opted to sit out of Unrivaled's second season, spending her WNBA off-season jet-setting, working, and, of course, training.

In a post to X, Reese wrote, "Goodmorning to my Rosebuds & my Rosebuds ONLY!" Unrivaled also teased Reese's grand return on social media, writing, "The BIGGEST AND BADDEST IS BACK."

Unrivaled fans are equally as excited about seeing Reese play basketball again, considering her first season was cut short due to injury. Additionally, the ending of her second WNBA season was muddied by controversy.

The light has come again, though. At least that's what watchers are saying.

"Angel is leading the league in rebounds by the end of the season! She had to give everyone else a head start!!!" another said.

"The excitement for Angel Reese's return to Unrivaled and Rose BC is palpable. She just moves the needle. No question about it," a third posted.

Things are only getting better for Reese. As she continues to make waves on the court, the basketball star is creating a name for herself off it as well.

An earlier report from The Blast stated that Reese was the highest-paid Black woman in basketball in 2025, securing $9.4 million.

$9 million of her earned salary came from outside projects, including her work with Juicy Couture, Reese's, Victoria's Secret, Beats by Dre, Reebok, and more.

Another report from The Blast states that Reese recently booked a new role in the popular Netflix series "The Hunting Wives," starring Brittany Snow and Malik Akerman.

Before that report, news broke that Reese would star in the new Stephen Curry-led animated sports film called "GOAT."
