Justin Baldoni and his wife, Emily Baldoni, are ready to part ways with their expansive California estate.
The director and his partner have reportedly put their sprawling California mansion on the market for a couple of million amid his ongoing legal drama with co-star, now turned legal adversary, Blake Lively.
Justin Baldoni and the TV star have yet to find a way around their fallout from the movie "It Ends With Us," which had the actress slamming the director with claims of sexual harassment as 2024 wrapped up. The case is set to go to court on May 18, 2026, as opposed to a previous March 9 date.
Justin Baldoni And His Wife Are Set For A Whopping Profit In Big Real Estate Decision

The Hollywood personality reportedly listed the Ojai home for $8.88 million, which would mark a whopping profit of more than $6 million from the initial purchase price of $2.2 million barely 6 years ago in 2020.
Since acquiring the property, Baldoni and Emily have seemingly spent a considerable amount of money on revamping the Spanish-style mansion, which contributed to the now luxurious selling price.
The listing happened on February 5, shortly after an initial $40,000 monthly rental listing for the home appeared and was subsequently removed.
The director's main residence on this property boasts a 5,200 square foot building which houses five bedrooms and sits on 10,000 acres of land on the foothills of the Topatopa Mountains.
The main building is also accompanied by a small house for guests or staff, which also contains a yoga dome and a guest dome reportedly imported from Poland.
As shared by The Daily Mail, Baldoni also added two smaller properties on the land during their two-year renovation process. According to the listing, the estate is described as a rare retreat-style compound that offers privacy, scale, and versatility, making it more than just a home.
Inside The 'Five Feet Apart' Director's Current Listing

The listing further explained that Baldoni's home was tastefully designed to serve as both a luxury residence, a retreat, and an event venue, which delivers an experience like no other in the region.
The listing emphasized that the home was thoughtfully oriented and designed to support balance, flow, and harmony, as health and wellness remained central to the home design.
Baldoni's home also contained a sophisticated air filtration system rated medical grade, alongside an electromagnetic frequency shielding to protect against natural disasters such as the California wildfires, which rocked the area a year ago.
The property also housed a saltwater pool and a hot tub paired with a regenerative orchard. Inhabitants can enjoy peak recreation by taking full advantage of the basketball and pickleball courts, the home gym, and an illuminated ground trampoline.
The director tied up his home design with a koi pond and a waterfall alongside a firepit for that sense of community. That is not all, Baldoni's home, which was featured in a 2023 Architectural Digest profile, boasts a charging station for electric cars, plenty of walking paths, a fire mitigation system, and an efficient security system.
Justin Baldoni And Blake Lively Previously Had A Conversation About Her Worries

Before things went sour between the actors, they reportedly had a cordial relationship which even involved a 4 and half minute long voice note from Lively to the director about her concerns about overworking herself as an actress and a mother.
In the voice note, The Blast shared that Lively revealed to Baldoni that her schedule was packed as she had committed to shooting an upcoming sci-fi movie, "Proxy," alongside their project, all while planning a trip with her husband, Ryan Reynolds.
Due to this lengthy list of things to do, the actress clarified that she wanted to ask if it was possible to alter the filming schedule for "It Ends With Us."
At some point in the conversation, Baldoni also paid a compliment to Lively, who sent in her costume-fitting pictures to the director. He raved about his co-star's beauty and noted that the costumes would work well with the movie.
However, a source close to the actress had clarified that Lively did not spell out her demands like she was in control, and she was more than willing to accept whatever decision Baldoni made, as she stressed in audio.
The source continued that the actress's tone came off as a request, and it remained unclear if the director agreed to act on it.
The Feuding Actors Reportedly Recorded A Decline In Their List Of Famous Friends

Baldoni and Lively's court case has also featured a look into some of their friendships, who may have said one or two things relating to their working relationship or the movie at the time.
As noted by The Blast, celebrities like Ben Affleck, Jennifer Lopez, Matt Damon, and Taylor Swift have all been named in the dispute, forcing other Hollywood personalities associated with them to live in fear that they may be next on the honorary mention list.
An insider shared that the dominant feeling among their friends has been that of frustration, as those close to them are now concerned about being dragged into public speculation.
The jarring revelations and the several turns the case took have also cast an unflattering spotlight over Hollywood, which has caused their famous friends to take a few steps back and protect their reputation.
Lively had accused the director of orchestrating a smear campaign against her since the case started, and Baldoni has defended himself against the actress's sexual harassment claims, insisting that any tension between them was due to creative differences.
Justin Baldoni And Blake Lively's Case Made Colleen Hoover Uncomfortable

Author of the "It Ends With Us" book, Colleen Hoover reportedly felt the heat from their legal drama and had privately messaged two Sony Executives in July 2024, where she confessed to feeling uneasy about attending the premiere, which she described as an emotionally fraught environment.
She explained in the private mail that the decisions surrounding her presence at the premiere had felt overwhelming as she was asked to weigh in on huge decisions despite the presence of internal tensions.
However, the author had complained that the feud had taken attention from work, which ought to be celebrated and turned into the conveyor of difficult news.
Hoover expressed a desire to attend the premiere but did not know how to feel if Baldoni and his team were present, and she stressed that she did not want his absence or presence to be placed on her shoulders.
The author stressed her commitment to making sure she speaks about the movie in a positive light as she remained proud of the adaptation for doing justice to her hard work.
Last year, she told Elle Magazine that she chose not to publicly engage the drama because: "It feels like a circus. When there are real people involved, with real feelings and emotions. This actually truly has impacted some of the actors' careers in huge ways. And I just find it all around sad."
Is this sort of a fresh start for Justin Baldoni and Emily?
