Seattle’s Best Gluten-Free Super Bowl Party: Cheer on the Seahawks at Ghostfish Brewery
By Kristin Myers on February 8, 2026 at 8:00 AM EST

Super Bowl parties are known for chips and dip, wings, and a vast assortment of other appetizers that, more often than not, contain gluten. Even when dining out, the risk for cross-contamination remains high. And trying to find a gluten-free beer? Almost impossible. So what is someone on a gluten-free diet to do? Well, for those looking to cheer on the Seattle Seahawks in their very own city, there's only one place to go: Ghostfish Brewery. The apps, the burgers, and yes, even the beer, are all made in a gluten-free environment, eliminating the risk of cross-contamination. For a football lover with celiac disease, it's a dream come true.

If you're looking to enjoy the Super Bowl from Seattle and cheer on the Seahawks with other gluten-free fans, you need to head down to Ghostfish Brewery to enjoy your fill of beer and wings without worry. In addition to classic appetizers like chili cheese fries and BBQ chicken wings, they also offer a variety of other items, like Pork Belly Bites and even gluten-free macaroni and cheese.
For the month of February, Ghostfish is even celebrating with a special burger: a shrimp po-boy. According to their menu, this special sandwich includes fried shrimp that are served on a burger bun with house-made spicy remoulade, spicy pickles, slaw, and tomato.
Get There Early Before They Sell Out!

For those with a sweet tooth, Ghostfish also makes its own gluten-free layered carrot cake in-house. They contract other desserts from other gluten-free vendors in the area, including cheesecake from Little Miss Sweets NYC Bakery, which is located in Sumner. Ghostfish told The Blast exclusively that they receive shipments on Thursday afternoons, and that they expect to sell out over the busy weekend. They have also been known to run out of the monthly special due to high demand, so if you want to try the monthly special, you'd better get there early!
Fortunately, one thing that they will never run out of is beer. From IPAs to cider to non-alcoholic options, there is always something new to try. If you're nervous about what to try, don't hesitate to ask your server what they recommend.

The festivities begin at 2 PM on Sunday and run until 8 PM local time. In addition to beer specials and delicious gluten-free food, Ghostfish also encourages fans to wear their jersey and enjoy the game day atmosphere. For those looking to enjoy loaded fries and a cold pint while watching the Seahawks take on the New England Patriots, there is no better place than Ghostfish if you’re on a gluten-free diet. Unlike “gluten-reduced” beers that use enzymes to break down barley, Ghostfish Brewery is a 100% dedicated gluten-free facility.
They brew their beers using naturally gluten-free grains like malted millet, buckwheat, and brown rice in order to make their alcoholic beverages safe for those suffering from celiac disease. By sourcing high-quality malts, they have achieved the same complex, bready, and roasted profiles that are found in traditional craft lagers and IPAs. Because the entire facility, from the brew kettles to the kitchen fryers, is gluten-free, there is zero risk of cross-contamination, so you can focus on the game without worry.

This has been a big weekend for the brewery, as they also celebrated their 11th anniversary on Friday, February 7, only one day before the Super Bowl. In addition to giveaways and a special menu, they also released their limited SoDo Steel IPA for customers to enjoy.
Those who missed out on their anniversary celebration won’t want to miss the Super Bowl experience at Ghostfish Brewery. Although the big game doesn’t start until 3:30 PM PT, make sure to get there early in order to grab a seat and get a taste of the monthly special, and maybe even some delicious cheesecake, before they sell out! Go Seahawks!
