Cardi B's baby daddy, Stefon Diggs, is not having a good Super Bowl eve with this knocking lawsuit!

The athlete has landed in more legal trouble a few days before his big game alongside his teammates on the New England Patriots against the Seattle Seahawks, and this time, it is for defamation, among other damning accusations.

Cardi B's boyfriend was also involved in another drama after a former employee filed a police report at the Dedham Police Department, accusing him of strangling her after a disagreement over salary payment in December.

The footballer was mentioned in a lawsuit in which a man alleged that his working relationship with Diggs soured in 2024, when the star asked him to arrange for his Ferrari to be transported from Miami to New York and then to Houston.

Unfortunately, the car was stolen in Houston, and an investigation confirmed it was stolen by third parties in a sophisticated theft.

The transporter is now claiming that Stefon insisted to people in his circle that he was responsible for the theft, even though he was never arrested or charged in connection with it. The accuser stated that Diggs false allegation has led to a shortage of patronage for his concierge and consulting business.

As stated by TMZ, the concierge added that members of Digg's close circle are now confronting him following the false narrative spun by the footballer. He said that people have approached him at several places demanding that he return gifts given to him by an athlete.

The Accuser Dragged Stefon Diggs' Brother Into The Lawsuit

The man noted that in January 2025, the NFL star texted him that he was responsible and accountable for the actions of everyone around him. In December, he claimed that he was subsequently assaulted at Tootsie's Cabaret in Miami by two men who are very close to Diggs.

The concierge added that the footballer's brother, Trevon Diggs, witnessed the assault and did nothing to stop the physical assault on him, which left him a laundry list of injuries, including leaving the venue with a torn ACL.

Diggs was further accused of engaging in a civil conspiracy along with the defamation allegation, with the accuser claiming he is liable for the actions of the guys who attacked him. He is pursuing the athlete and his friends for damages, with Trevon named as a defendant in the lawsuit.

The Grammy winner was on X back in January in defense of her baby daddy after he was named in allegations of physically attacking his former chef. In now-deleted posts, Cardi claimed the allegations were untrue and had no merit, citing her cordial relationship with the former chef as proof.

As shared by The Blast, Cardi claimed that she and Diggs' former employee had been talking daily until she left the house, and she sent her a text apologizing that they could no longer speak as they used to.

Cardi attached a screenshot of the text in which the former employee advised the rapper to contact her mediator if she needed to ask her anything. The rapper concluded that the case was not hers to judge, but she believed the court would do the appropriate thing and let the truth prevail.

Cardi then continued that trolls who believed the lie about her man would soon beg for forgiveness after he wins the case with the help of his attorney, who described the claims as "unsubstantiated, uncorroborated, and uninvestigated simply because they never happened."

Diggs former chef accused him of hitting her across the face and then choking her with the crook of his elbow around her neck, which obstructed her breathing after they had a fallout from a discussion about backpay.

The Starting Wide Receiver Dropped A Hint About Future Plans With The Hitmaker

In a February 2 story by The Blast, the NFL star was asked to reveal the next steps in his relationship with the rapper during one of the media rounds for the upcoming Super Bowl. He was asked if he would consider going down on one knee to the rapper if his team brought home the Vince Lombardi cup.

The footballer responded that it is on his agenda, but he needed to get his Super Bowl ring first. Diggs and the mother-of-four have been dating for several months now and recently welcomed their first child together last September.

Aside from his lawsuit with the concierge company and the drama with his former chef, the athlete was called out by an influencer, Christopher Blake Griffith, who accused him of offering her candles laced with drugs during a house party in 2023.

Griffith claimed that the athlete drugged, harassed him, and then attempted to kill him after he refused his sexual advances. Still, the athlete debunked these allegations, describing them as a fabricated story.

Diggs claimed that multiple social media influencers had attended parties at his home in the past, and none of them has accused him of inappropriate behavior.

The "Bodak Yellow" rapper attended the footballer's game in January, despite unfriendly weather, where she spoke with new sources about her excitement to see Diggs play in the Super Bowl.

She expressed her excitement and pride in her infant son's father returning from the ACL and making such tremendous progress. The couple could not stop showing off romantic gestures to each other after the game, as they hung out on the field.

Super Bowl LX will be held at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California, on February 8, and rapper Bad Bunny will perform the halftime show.

Speculations are still swirling that the rapper might be on the guest list to appear alongside Bunny on stage, given their history of collaborating on the smash hit "I Like It," one of the biggest hits of both of their careers.

However, with or without the performance, Cardi will still be in the stadium enjoying a view of her boyfriend running for the ball to take home the ring by the end of Sunday night.
