Tori Spelling is shedding more light on her health battle!
The "Beverly Hills, 90210" star has been out of sorts for months thanks to an illness that left her feeling lethargic and depressed.
Tori Spelling's health update comes a month after she expressed her frustrations to fans over her health struggles. The illness also forced her to miss a scheduled Las Vegas show with former co-star Brian Austin Green.
Tori Spelling Reflects On Months-Long Illness

The actress opened up about her health battle on the February 6 episode of her "MisSpelling" podcast, revealing the illness did a number on her mental and physical well-being. "It has been hell. Hell is individual to all of us, but this has been hell," she began.
"I know I have had a past of getting sick a lot, infrequently, but this one took me down," Spelling lamented. She noted that the past eight weeks were tough, as she couldn't work, which eventually took a toll on her mental health.
Spelling recalled feeling "hopeless" as her health refused to improve, sharing that it was "depressing" staying in bed. Because she was forced to stay in bed for so long, the podcaster reached a stage where she didn't want to get up anymore.
The TV Personality's Children And Ex-Husband Aided Her Recovery

Although Spelling noted that she wasn't back to 100 percent yet, she partly owed her significant recovery to her loved ones. She explained that her five children and her ex-husband, Dean McDermott, had supported her throughout her health battle.
According to Spelling, her situation "was so bad" that she needed her kids to help her walk to the bathroom to pee. She also credited her ex for being "super helpful" during this period. Spelling's pals also stepped in to help, with Green and other guest hosts running her podcast in her absence.
As for what happened, Spelling noted that she had "the worst flu-like symptoms." It started with her sinuses and eventually spread to her Eustachian tube, found in the inner part of the ear. She was placed on multiple rounds of antibiotics, but nothing worked for Spelling except a nasal rinse with medications.
The Podcast Host Was 'Frustrated' By Her Poor Health

Spelling's health update comes a month after she addressed her absence on the January 6 episode of her iHeartRadio podcast. At the time, she joked that she wanted to flaunt her "sexy sick voice" before explaining that her absence was due to an unrelenting sickness.
She expressed disappointment in being unable to do the things she loves, including her podcast and skipping out of her Las Vegas event with Green. "It's been very frustrating," Spelling lamented, "I am frustrated with my body."
The entertainer noted that she had been battling a sinus infection since December 16 and soon came down with bronchitis that refused to clear. Spelling added that she was emotionally exhausted and couldn't even celebrate Christmas or the New Year properly with her kids.
The Entertainer Skipped Out Of A Las Vegas Event

The Las Vegas event Spelling skipped out on was set to take place on December 28, 2025. The Blast shared that the event was a 90s AFTER DARK PARTY at Voltaire, where the actress and her former co-star, Green, would attend as their "Beverly Hills, 90210" characters.
The event would feature DJ Spinning's music from the "90210" era alongside a performance from the Color Me Badd group. Fans were excited to go back to the '90s with Spelling and Green; however, their hopes were squashed by a postponement announcement.
Spelling addressed the situation on Instagram, confessing that the event had to be postponed due to her poor health. She stressed that she had been excited to meet fans, but she needed to prioritize her health.
Tori Spelling Once Compared Herself To A Cactus

Months before canceling the Las Vegas event, Spelling dropped a shocking confession on her podcast. PEOPLE reported that she revealed her distaste for water on the March 11 episode of her show, claiming she could survive without water.
"I'm like a cacti. Just water me once in a while, and I somehow survive," Spelling said. She explained that she never liked drinking water since childhood and had a difficult time accepting drinks from people because she believed they could be poisoned.
Spelling recalled forcing herself to drink water during her pregnancies, stressing that she only drank water for the fetus. On the other hand, she stayed hydrated by taking ginger ale when stressed, a Diet Dr. Pepper on good days, and wine.
