'Fixer Upper' Stars Chip And Joanna Gaines Are BILLIONAIRES!!

Reality television power couple, Chip and Joanna Gaines, have just joined a group of wealthiest people in the world after they reportedly passed the mark of becoming Billionaires!

The 'Fixer Upper' stars recently successfully launched another venture called 'Magnolia Network' in partnership with Discovery, and apparently the new revenue and business have put their net worth over eight-figures. The network promises to deliver "150 hours of premium unscripted content from an ever-growing roster of creators spanning home, food, gardening, design, entrepreneurship, and the arts," according to its press release. According to reports, there are 22 shows launching immediately, which will include a 'Fixer Upper' reboot.

Shockingly, according to a new report, the famous couple's empire is "worth in excess of a billion dollars with the arrival of their new network. A source close to the couple revealed, "the Magnolia brand alone is worth about $750 million dollars." As you know, the couple leads a company that manufactures home goods, which are often promoted on the couple's reality show.

The reality stars earn "millions from their lines at Target and Anthropologie" and not to mention, "millions from magazine and book deals," a source told OK!. 

Unless you were living under a rock, Chip and Joanna became a HUGE sensation on reality TV after the launch of their wildly popular home improvement show, 'Fixer Upper.' The show focused largely on the homes they worked on but also trickled in footage of the couple's family -- including their children.

Back in 2017, the couple decided to toss in the towel and walk away from the hit series, to focus on their lives and their own relationship. Of course, fans were devasted over the situation but continued buying the couple's products. Although the couple walked away from the cameras, that didn't stop them from continuing the path of building a home improvement empire, with 'Magnolia' leading the way.

The couple's businesses include 'Magnolia Market,' a shopping cent in Waco, Texas near their home. The center features multiple stores where you can pick up some of Joanna's handpicked products and "lifestyle goods." The famous duo also owns a restaurant, 'Magnolia Table,' which is located on the same property.

To top it off, Chip and Joanna are building a 53,000 square-foot boutique hotel in Waco, Texas which is slated to open later this year. As you know, Joanna has published several books including 'We Are The Gardeners,'Homebody,' and 'Magnolia Table.'

The good news -- besides the billion dollars -- is that many friends and family say the couple hasn't changed a bit and is still "completely down to earth." A source told OK!, "Yes, they have assistants and entourages, but they are the kindest people. They are so generous with their staff. They haven't changed one bit.”
