Patrick Mahomes' dad just went in for another mugshot!
The NFL star's dad was seized by the cops for violating the terms of his probation in another alleged DUI encounter, adding to his record of arrests, with the most recent being before the 2024 Super Bowl.
Patrick Mahomes has previously promised to stay off alcoholic drinks, the last time he was arrested, and his son confessed that the incident threw him off his game during the sporting event.
Patrick Mahomes' Dad Was Booked On Tuesday Morning

The footballer's father was arrested for drinking while intoxicated and booked at the Smith County Jail at 8:53 a.m. on Tuesday morning. He swiftly appeared in a mugshot, and locals allegedly testified that he drank alcohol shortly before his arrest.
Mahomes Sr. has been arrested for DUI about three times in 2024, while his son triumphed over the San Francisco 49ers with the rest of the Kansas City Chiefs team, including Travis Kelce.
Today also marks exactly two years since his arrest, where he was seen on the bodycam footage using his son's name as a means to get out of trouble. TMZ confirmed that the athlete's dad eventually pled guilty to DWI months after the incident, and she bagged a five-year probation sentence.
The NFL Superstar's Father Voiced His Regret After The Pre-Super Bowl Arrest

In a docuseries, Mahomes Jr. reflected on how his father's arrest made him feel, especially with such a serious game ahead of him. As shared by The Blast, he admitted that it was tough to know that his father would keep on making the same mistakes when it comes to his drinking habits.
"It was during that Super Bowl week. It became a story, and so I had to answer questions about it," Mahomes Jr. declared. The footballer's father also opened up about the deep regret he feels about drinking that night and the negative effect it had on his son, which he learned about.
"It kind of hit home before the Super Bowl last year, when I got in trouble. For him to have to answer questions about me, you know, was probably the most embarrassing thing that I've ever been through in my life," the athlete's dad confessed.
Mahomes Sr. shared that he reached out to his son after he was arrested to apologize for letting his situation take away the focus from such a big moment in his life.

Mahomes Sr. was pulled over in his white Genesis as he moved at a very slow speed right along the 1100 block of W. Gentry. As the officers had this car checked, it was discovered that the registration had expired in September 2022, and an open can of beer was also in the car.
The athlete's father challenged the cops who pulled him over, noting that they were interfering with his planned trip to the Super Bowl to watch his son do what he loves. He insisted that he was not drunk, as he just had a few drinks, and it would be unfair for authorities to arrest him on his son's biggest week.
"Dude. This is crazy. My son is getting ready to play in the f-cking Super Bowl, and I'm doing interviews, five or six a day. And then, now, this sh-t's going to be on the news, which is going to f-ck with him, and it's probably going to f-ck him up," Mahomes Sr. declared.
The footballer's dad concluded his encounter with the police, sounding very defeated, while stating that his son might not even win this tournament, and if arresting him was really the plan, then they better get to it.
The Mahomes Clan Have Dealt With A Few Legal Challenges

Patrick's younger brother, Jackson Mahomes, also dealt with a legal debacle of his own as he was previously accused of engaging in non-consensual sexual conduct by a woman named Aspen Vaughn.
The Blast shared that the junior Mahomes, who is a social media influencer, was arrested at Vaughn's Aspens Restaurant and Lounge in Kansas City when he allegedly pushed a waiter who was trying to enter the room he was in.
Following the arrest, Jackson pled guilty to a misdemeanor count of battery and was sentenced to 120 days in jail along with six months of probation. Jackson had previously escaped incarceration from a separate case involving three felony charges for aggravated sexual assault.
He had reportedly grabbed a woman by the neck and forcefully kissed her inside an Overland Park, Kansas, restaurant in February 2023. Reports from the case revealed:
"Prosecutors dropped the felony charges after the woman, who was the owner of the restaurant, refused to testify in the case. The woman reported that she endured death threats and harassment and that her restaurant was vandalized in the wake of the charges. She closed the restaurant in August."
Mahomes Sr. had also been arrested in the past, in 2018, for a second driving while intoxicated offense, which earned him a 40-day sentence on weekends, spanning from February 2019 to February 2020. He currently has several mugshots on record from multiple arrests over the past 15 years.
