Jeffrey Epstein's brother, Mark Epstein, has denied claims made in a recently released email suggesting the late sex offender had a secret child.
In the past, Mark has repeatedly pushed the theory that his brother was murdered, contrary to the official ruling that his death was a suicide.
Most recently, Mark Epstein reiterated those claims in a January interview, stating that more autopsy facts would be released in the coming weeks and prove his allegations about Jeffrey Epstein's death.
Jeffrey Epstein's Brother Refutes The Secret Child Rumor After Viral Emails Emerged

Rumors that Epstein had a secret child went viral after emails allegedly sent by Sarah Ferguson, the former Duchess of York, to the late sex offender surfaced in the recent Department of Justice files release.
In one email, Ferguson is seen congratulating Epstein on the arrival of the child, adding that she had been informed by her then-husband, ex-Prince Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor. In another, she criticized the late financier for keeping the news private and claimed he only got close to her to befriend Andrew.
Now, the secret child claim has been denied by Epstein's brother, Mark, in a chat with Business Insider on Monday.
"No, Jeff didn't have any kids," Mark told the news outlet.
The real estate investor then pointed to his familial ties with Epstein to further refute the rumors.
"If Jeff had a kid, I think I would have known," he added.
Mark Epstein Has Weighed In On Other Shocking Files

Mark's reply comes as no surprise, as he has in the past weighed in on contents from previously released files.
Last November, he commented on an email that was sent from him to former White House chief strategist Steve Bannon in 2018, during President Donald Trump's first term.
In the email, Mark could be seen asking Bannon whether Russian President Vladimir Putin had "the photos of Trump blowing Bubba."
After the email went viral, it appeared that "Bubba" might be a reference to former President Bill Clinton, who is believed to have that nickname.
However, Mark refuted the claims, adding that the email was merely a "humorous private exchange" and not the sexual innuendo many have interpreted it to be.
He also declined to identify the individual referred to as "Bubba," a move that seemingly further fueled speculation involving the Clintons due to the former president's alleged links to Epstein.
Jeffrey Epstein's Brother Still Believes The Financier Was Murdered

Earlier in the month, Mark doubled down on his longstanding claims that his brother was murdered while in jail, according to NewsNation. Officially, Epstein's death was ruled a suicide in August 2019, after he was found dead in his cell at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in New York.
Mark claimed that "more autopsy facts" would be released in February that would "prove" his allegations, though he did not specify whether the reports were obtained by him or would come from authorities.
At the time, he also reiterated his belief that his brother's injuries "didn't correspond to the way his body was found hanging."
"There are only three ways to die in prison…Suicide, natural causes, or murder," Mark told the outlet on January 9. "And Jeff was murdered. I want to know who killed him and on whose behalf?"
He went on to allege that a cover-up was at play, which he believes is why the official ruling on the death and other findings concluded it was a suicide.
"Why the charade?" Mark further inquired. "Who are they trying to protect?"
Mark Epstein Once Alleged That His Brother 'Had Dirt' On President Donald Trump

In his recent commentaries, Mark has also made shocking allegations involving Trump.
Last November, he told CNN's Erin Burnett OutFront that his brother possessed incriminating information about Trump during his first presidential run in 2016.
According to Mark, the alleged information was enough to "cancel the election," although he didn't get any details from Epstein.
"He didn't tell me what he knew," Mark said at the time, adding, "but Jeffrey definitely had dirt on Trump."
Jeffrey Epstein's Brother Submitted A Tip To The FBI, Alleging His Brother's Murder Was 'Authorized' By Trump

Mark appeared to believe the claim about his brother's death strongly enough that he openly pushed the allegation that Trump approved his killing, as reflected in a tip he submitted to the FBI on February 22, 2023.
The tip was part of documents released by the DOJ last December, and it read, "Jeffrey Epstein was murdered in his jail cell."
It continued, "I have reason to believe he was killed because he was about to name names. I believe Presient [sic] Trump authorized is [sic] murder."
