Although Lively needed the filming timeline to be altered to ease her packed schedule, she repeatedly emphasized that she would accept whatever decision Baldoni made. A source echoed similar sentiments about her plea, noting she never acted like she was in control.

The source pointed out that the voice message showed Lively treating Baldoni as both the director and a representative of the studio. Her tone came off as a request rather than a demand for Baldoni to change the filming schedule to ease her worries.

It is unclear if Baldoni agreed to move the schedule per Lively's request; however, the voice message proved they once had a cordial relationship before things turned sour. The newly unveiled audio clips come days after more bombshells dropped in the legal drama.

Last month, The Blast reported that Lively's driver, Kevin Alexander, was one of the people deposed in the ongoing legal case. The unsealed court documents revealed that Alexander alleged that he once had a "disturbing" conversation with Baldoni.

Lively's driver claimed Baldoni had opened up about his sexual relationship with women in the presence of the actress and another person. Alexander alleged that Baldoni said "he was forced on and he forced himself on women," confessions he found off-putting for a vehicle conversation.

Alexander recalled telling Lively after dropping Baldoni and the other person off that he was "very uncomfortable" with the actor. "Something is not right here. I would like to do a background check on him or something," he added.

Lively's driver wasn't the only person weirded out by Baldoni, as Sony Pictures Entertainment senior marketing executive Danni Maggin allegedly had similar concerns. The Blast covered the story, reporting that an unsealed email captured his thoughts about the director.

Maggin found fault in one of Baldoni's interviews, arguing that his statements felt like he was "alluding to 'raping' Atlas out of Lily." His comments were so offensive that Maggin noted that they had to cut the tape, before labeling Baldoni "a moron."

The studio executive stressed that Baldoni should not be allowed to do any more press, as his words could affect the movie's rollout. The unsealed email was dated August 5, 2024, months before Lively dropped her scathing allegations against Baldoni.
