Scott Wolf's estranged wife has one less battle to worry about.

The judge recently dismissed the charges, crossing one off her legal troubles since the beginning of her divorce process last year. This victory for Kelley Wolf comes shortly after her estranged husband also dropped the restraining order he filed in an effort to make peace.

Scott Wolf and his estranged wife tied the knot decades ago in a simple ceremony in Arkansas after meeting in 2002. They share three kids, and after the actor filed for divorce citing irreconcilable differences, he was granted sole temporary custody of all three children.

The case against Kelley Wolf for allegedly violating a protective order filed by her husband has been dismissed by a Utah judge on Tuesday, January, 27. The judge granted the motion "as part of a global resolution" from the Summit County District Attorney's Office to dismiss the case without prejudice.

The court documents show that Kelley was initially charged with one count of misdemeanor electronic communication harassment of her estranged spouse and two counts of misdemeanor electronic disclosure of personal identifying information.

The charges were raised last year in August after it came to light that she shared the actor's personal contact information online. A hearing initially scheduled for January 27 has now been pushed forward by six months, with July 28 set as the new date.

PEOPLE shared that the mom of three's attorney requested the continuance in his petition. He stated that she is willing to cooperate with prosecutors on both sides to work towards the "global resolution of all cases."

The legal battles kicked off shortly after the actor filed for divorce in June last year. The first incident with the authorities occurred on June 13. Sheriff's deputies handcuffed and detained her after a friend expressed concern about her well-being to the authorities.

The public speaker streamed the incident on Instagram Live, and she was later transferred to a hospital and placed on an involuntary psychiatric hold.

Coming off from that, just twelve days later, Scott filed his first restraining order against Kelley, but later withdrew it in July. The estranged couple had come to an agreement granting him sole temporary custody of their three children, Lucy, Miller, and Jackson.

The legal battles seemed to be rolling in against her back-to-back. In August, the mom of three was arrested on suspicion of electronic communication harassment and electronic disclosure of personal identifying information.

She was taken by the authorities from a home she was renting in Summit County, Utah. Afterwards, alleged confrontational social media posts, including posts that shared Scott's personal contact information, came to light.

Scott withdrew the second restraining order request in December, giving her another chance to bury the hatchet. He requested that a Utah court dismiss the amended protective order, and the request was granted at a later hearing. This marked the second time Scott had opted for peace in the divorce fiasco.

Before the actor withdrew the order, Kelley had allegedly made threats against herself and Scott, leading a judge to issue a court-ordered minimum 60-day involuntary psychiatric hold after a mental health examination.

Kelley's failed attempt to check herself into a rehab centre also prompted that she was ordered to by the court. She went to the first facility and checked herself out just two days later, promising to give it another try in the following months.

Kelley insisted that the 'crazy' tag seemingly attached to her will not stick after asking that people respect her space and allow her to focus on parenting her children.
