"Look, I am a boss in my life. I take control. I go after what I want. I am confident, and I am successful, and I don't actually need a man."

She went on explaining that she has a tight-knit group of successful girlfriends, and most men often find that intimidating, so she needs a guy to be able to stand in that with her.

Sweeney dated 41-year-old Davino for almost eight years before they called it quits early last year. Over the course of the relationship, they tried to keep public media intervention to a minimum.

She previously spoke about this decision in an interview where she revealed the conscious effort it took to maintain privacy; she never spoke about it and limited public appearances.

"I think it's important to have some things for myself. I understand that I'm a public person, but I'm still in my 20s. I'm still figuring out love, and it's hard to do that with millions of people who have their own opinions of what that looks like," the 28-year-old said.

Will The Lovebirds' Relationship Stand The Test Of Time?

Speculations that Sweeney's relationship with Braun might end before it even begins arose as fans wondered what the new year holds for the couple. Astrologer Inbaal Honigman took a look at their cosmic compatibility and what 2026 may have for them.

The Blast shared the astrologer's findings, which began with an analysis of their zodiac signs. Braun is a Gemini, and the actress is a Virgo, and thus they have different natural attributes.

Honigman described Geminis as erratic, inconsistent, and constantly needing change, while Virgos are more practical and meticulous. From her analysis, she drew that the duo may struggle in the long term as their signs are only partly compatible.

Honigman added that for them to work together as a couple, they have to learn to embrace and accept their differences rather than try to erase or change them.

The Couple Has Given Fans Something To Swoon Over

Love thrives between Sweeney and Braun, and they are not hiding that fact. Last November, the duo was spotted on a date at the Bank of America Winter Village at Bryant Park, where they could not keep their hands off each other.

Although they tried to stay away from everything and everyone while getting all up in their feelings, cameras still caught them leaning in for a kiss. The Blast shared that they spent quality time in one of their reserved private igloos, watched ice skaters in the rink, and had a good meal together.

The date was well planned as insiders revealed that the Igloos are not open every day, except on Thursdays, so they must have requested it specially. In-depth details of the cause of the argument remain vague, but the actress was heard shouting and telling him to leave her alone.

Not only is Sweeney a successful actress and bombshell in Hollywood, but she recently launched her lingerie brand, Syrn. She disclosed in an interview that her vision behind creating the brand was to produce something that provides comfort for women of all sizes.

She shared that her brand's message was simple: "Confidence without Pressure." The intention was for women to feel sexy, soft, and yet powerful while wearing something comfortable. "I wanted to build a lingerie brand that feels like it understands women instead of talking at them," Sweeney said.

To showcase her brand, she shared a video where she and her film crew lined up the Hollywood sign with bras, and this brought some legal attention. The Blast shared that the bra stunt created uproar as some called for the actress to be punished. The case, however, remains under review by the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce.
