Britney Spears is flipping out in the best way possible!
The singer won a major ‘W’ in court on Wednesday, July 14, after a Los Angeles County judge granted her request to hire her own attorney to represent the singer in her ongoing conservatorship battle.
Britney will now be represented by former federal prosecutor Mathew Rosengart. She gave yet another explosive appearance during the court hearing claiming the conservatorship is “f***ing cruelty” and she said she wants to press charges against her father, Jamie Spears.
“My dad needs to be removed today, so I can have the confidence to get back into the real world,” she said. Britney explained to the judge she has “abandonment issues” after being placed under the conservatorship for the past 13 years.
“This conservatorship is allowing my dad to ruin my life,” Spears told the judge. Britney included a plea to “press charges” against her father for “abuse.” At this point, Britney could audibly be heard breaking down in tears.
She added, “They make me feel crazy.”

The singer took to her Instagram on Wednesday to show fans how she was celebrating her legal victory!
The singer posted a quick video of herself riding a horse and doing a number of cartwheels by a pond.
Don’t worry, she didn’t fall in.

Thank you to my fans who are supporting me ... You have no idea what it means to me be supported by such awesome fans !!!! God bless you all !!!!!”
She added, “Pssss this is me celebrating by horseback riding and doing cartwheels today 🤸♂️🤷♀️🐎 !!!! #FreeBritney.”
Brit’s boyfriend and longtime supporter, Sam Asghari, commented, “Internet is about to explode #freebritney.”
A handful of Britney’s famous supporters also left positive comments and cheers of joy.
Jamie Lynn Spears, Britney’s younger sister, also posted about her big sister’s victory, but in a more “subtle” way.
When we say subtle, we mean anything but.
Jamie Lynn took to her Instagram Stories with two quotes. The first quote from Christopher Reeves read, “When you choose hope, anything’s possible.”
Choose Hope!
Her second quote was a bit more to the point!
“Dear Lord, can we end the bullsh#t once and for all. Amen.”
End It Once And For All!
Amen to that, Jamie Lynn.
