'RHOBH' Star Rachel Zoe Reportedly Dating A New Man Amid Her Divorce

Rachel Zoe has been a fixture in pop culture since the early days of Bravo, thanks to her five seasons on "The Rachel Zoe Project." More recently, she joined "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" for the show's 15th season. Ahead of the start of production, it was announced that Zoe and her longtime husband, Rodger Berman, were separating. They later filed for divorce, and now she has been spotted holding hands with a new man. 

According to PEOPLE, Zoe attended the premiere for Paris Hilton's "Infinite Icon: A Visual Memoir" in Los Angeles on January 20. While on the red carpet, the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star was seen holding hands with relationship coach Sascha Haert. 

The Threads account, The Rachel Zoe Report, shared footage of the two of them at the event. She wore a beautiful black gown for the premiere, featuring a giant bow on the front. Zoe also donned what appeared to be a gold necklace and had her blond locks styled down.

Regarding Haert, he wore a black suit with a matching shirt, featuring the first few buttons undone. She was seen guiding him down the red carpet, and they both seemed incredibly happy. 

An insider also spoke to PEOPLE, saying that Zoe has been dating, not necessarily Haert, since her separation from Berman. According to them, "Rachel has been loving dating since her separation from Rodger. She is having fun and not taking anything too seriously at the moment."

They continued, "She seems happy, and her friends are cheering her on as she explores this new chapter of her life." Zoe previously told the outlet about dating, "It's incredibly fun. To be honest, that wasn't hard for me to get into. It really wasn't." Her representative responded to the report about Zoe and Haert, saying, "Rachel has said she is dating."

Zoe and Berman were together for 33 years and married for 26 of those years. Additionally, they have two sons, Skyler, born in 2011, and Kaius, born in 2013. Sadly, they announced in September 2024 that they were separating. She said on Instagram at the time, "After 33 years together and 26 years married, Rodger and I have come to the mutual decision to end our marriage."

She continued, "We are incredibly proud of the loving family we have created and our countless memories together. Our number one priority has been and will always be our children. We are committed to co-parent our boys and to continue to work together within the many businesses we share."

According to PEOPLE, Zoe and Berman then filed for divorce in July 2025. They cited "irreconcilable differences" as the cause and listed the end of their relationship as July 27, 2024. They are requesting joint physical and legal custody of the boys.

Zoe spoke to PEOPLE in November 2025 about the difficult decision to end her marriage to Berman. She said, "I was done. I was really done. I don't suffer from guilt of not having given it everything I could have. I don't suffer from that, and I don't suffer from feeling like it was a failed marriage. Having been married for 26 years, I would say that three-quarters of that was amazing."

The "RHOBH" star continued, "I started to feel like this may not be the most advantageous situation for our children. For me, for the last 14 years, literally every breath I take is for my kids. So every decision I make, every lens that I look through is through a lens of my children, of what are they going to think?"

She went on to share specific fears she had about their sons, asking, "What are they going to say? How will this affect them? I have never felt that people should live together and stay together, unhappy."

The "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star recently spoke to The Zoe Report about how she's coping with divorce. She said, "I'm happily divorced. You get an engagement ring when you get married, but why can't we buy ourselves a ring when we're happily independent? I think it's incredibly important that women also mark this time in their lives."

Zoe stated that she collaborated with her designer friend, Nicole Wegman, on the ring. According to her, "We were texting, and she was like, 'I really think we have to do a divorce ring.' We went through all these stones, and obviously, I went for the biggest one because I love drama. I feel like right now my life has this huge imperfect circle, and the oval really represented that."
