Hailey Bieber's sister, Alaia Baldwin Aronow, may find herself behind bars over a 2024 incident.
The oldest of Stephen and Kennya Baldwin's two daughters is scheduled to be arraigned in April on multiple charges stemming from a bar fight. If found guilty, she could face jail time.
The update in Alaia Baldwin Aronow's case comes days after her younger sister, Hailey Bieber, shut down speculation about her marriage. The media personality has faced numerous allegations over the years due to her romance with Justin Bieber.
Hailey Bieber's Older Sister Is In Trouble With The Law

According to new reports, Alaia is facing possible jail time over a 2024 incident that saw her fighting at a bar. Georgia prosecutors filed court documents detailing the charges against Hailey's older sister on January 26.
The list included simple battery, simple assault, battery, and criminal trespass. Prosecutors stressed that Alaia had intentionally caused physical harm to two people, a man named Jacinto Hills, whom she struck "in the genitals."
As for the second victim, named Ian O'Neill, Alaia was accused of removing "a portion of hair" from his scalp. US Weekly added that under Georgia law, if found guilty of these crimes, Hailey's sister could face up to one year in jail.

The drama occurred on February 24, 2024, at Club Elan, a hotspot in Georgia. Prosecutors noted that Alaia had refused to leave the establishment despite being told to exit, a narrative that matched a police report detailing the incident.
The owner of the bar called 911 to report that a woman was attacking his staff and refused to leave. When the authorities arrived, they spoke to two bouncers and one bartender, who echoed similar sentiments about Alaia's belligerent behavior.
They claimed her mood turned sour after being told to vacate a bathroom for employees. Alaia allegedly told the bartender that she needed to change her tampon, and she was allowed to do so. However, she "removed her tampon and threw it" at the bartender when she returned.

According to the police report, Alaia was "seen fighting and resisting the entire way outside" the bar. "The video clearly shows Ms. Aronow grabbing and pulling Mr. O'Neill's hair and her hitting Mr. Hills in the genitals," the report added.
Despite the evidence stacked against her, Alaia reportedly argued that her actions stemmed from self-defense. She initially denied forcing her way into the bathroom or throwing her used tampon at the bartender, claiming she only needed to use the bathroom to throw up and change.
Alaia later came clean about throwing the tampon and even admitted that she attacked other employees, but as stated, she justified her actions as self-defense. The case stalled after Alaia reportedly entered a type of pre-trial diversion program last year. Now, her arraignment has been scheduled for April 23.

Alaia was born on January 23, 1993, making her nearly four years older than Hailey, who was born on November 22, 1996. They were both raised in Hollywood royalty, with their father and uncles frequently making waves for their achievements in the entertainment industry.
Despite coming from a family of actors, Alaia once noted in an interview that she and Hailey spent their childhood away from the spotlight like regular kids. The sisters eventually made their mark in the industry as models, with Alaia working with Philipp Plein, Tommy Hilfiger, and Calvin Klein.
Alaia got her last name, Aronow, from her husband, Andrew Aronow, whom she married on September 2, 2017. PEOPLE reported that their love blossomed during a vacation to Parrot Cay in 2014, where Christie Brinkley introduced them. The couple welcomed their daughter, Iris Elle Aronow, in 2020.
Hailey Bieber Shut Down Speculations Of Marital Problems

Weeks before Georgia prosecutors filed multiple charges against Alaia, The Blast shared that Hailey was once again making headlines for her marriage. The media personality began trending following speculations of marital issues.
The online drama began after a TikTok user created a post about women stuck in abusive marriages and highlighted Hailey's union with Justin as an example. They argued that Hailey wouldn't leave her husband because she was codependent on Justin.
The speculations skyrocketed after many social media users claimed Hailey had reposted the video, seemingly agreeing with the points made. But she immediately shut down these allegations on her Instagram Story, stressing that she never reposted the video.
