Planner Involved In Brooklyn Beckham & Nicola Peltz’s Wedding Suspected No Family 'Tension': ‘It Surprises Me’

A wedding planner involved in Brooklyn Beckham’s nuptials, Preston Bailey, has spoken up about the scathing allegations the 26-year-old recently made about his parents.
Brooklyn posted explosive claims on Instagram, alleging that his parents had intentionally tried to sabotage his wedding to Nicola Peltz in 2022.
However, Bailey, who helped plan the elaborate ceremony, revealed that he didn’t notice any negative energy between Brooklyn and his parents and is shocked to read about the explosive claims.
What Brooklyn Beckham’s Wedding Planner Said About The Explosive Family Drama
Bailey recently gave his two cents about the allegations, noting that the Brooklyn he met at the wedding was a far cry from what he saw on the internet.
“It surprises me that he is taking this stand against his parents. That’s not the Brooklyn I met as far as him being this nice, gentle guy. . . He was just a nice, regular person who would say hello and chit chat,” he said to Page Six.
Bailey further recounted his experience of meeting Brooklyn, revealing that they met multiple times leading up to the wedding because he was “very much involved” in the process.
During that period, he didn’t sense any trouble between him and his family members but only saw the affection between Brooklyn and Peltz.
“I have always thought of him as a gentle, decent guy. There was never any tension,” he revealed. “I don’t remember her [Nicola Peltz] being bossy. I remember a lot of affection between them.”
Bailey also revealed that while Peltz had a say in the wedding designs, she always wanted to get approval from Brooklyn before moving forward.
To him, this painted a picture of unity, which was a far cry from the narratives circulating online, which suggested that Peltz was controlling.
A Blast From David Beckham’s Past Defended Brooklyn’s Allegations
While Bailey was surprised to hear Brooklyn’s claims against his parents, Rebecca Loos was not. Loos, who was once accused of being David’s mistress, seemed to support Brooklyn’s claims, tagging them as the “truth.”
According to The Blast, Loos had an interaction with a fan in the comment section of one of her posts.
The fan drew her attention to the drama, writing, “Rebecca, you gotta see the awesome ditch Brooklyn just posted in his story about David and Victoria and their lies. I feel like Brooklyn is supporting everyone who knows the facade.”
Loos then replied, “So happy he is standing up for himself and speaking publicly finally!!!! I have felt so bad for his poor wife, knowing too well what they can be like!”
DJ Fat Tony Also Confirmed Brooklyn’s Claims
Loos was not the only person to confirm Brooklyn’s claims about the toxic dynamics in his family. DJ Fat Tony, who had performed at Brooklyn and Peltz’s wedding, also came forward to confirm some of the claims the photographer made about the wedding.
In Brooklyn’s statements, he alleged that his mother had hijacked his first dance with Peltz and danced on him inappropriately, which left him feeling “uncomfortable and humiliated,” per The Blast.
A few days ago, DJ Fat Tony, who was a key witness at the ceremony, confirmed that the situation was “really awkward.”
He noted that Marc Anthony requested “the most beautiful woman in the room” to join Brooklyn on stage, and called Victoria forward. This left Brooklyn looking “devastated,” and Peltz left the room in tears.
“This is all about how Brooklyn feels. If he feels that it was inappropriate and awkward, it was inappropriate and awkward,” he added.
Nicola Peltz’s Old Interview Seemingly Contradicts Brooklyn’s Claims
While DJ Fat Tony’s revelation seemed to validate Brooklyn’s statements, the validity of other aspects of the 26-year-old’s claims is still being debated.
According to The Blast, an old interview resurfaced, during which Peltz and her designer confirmed that she had a custom Valentino Haute Couture wedding gown ready for her wedding.
This seemed to contradict Brooklyn’s story, which claimed that his mother, Victoria, was originally designated to design a wedding dress for Peltz before she backed out at the last minute.
Brooklyn Beckham Stands Firm Behind His Allegations
Despite the stir Brooklyn’s statements caused, the photographer is reportedly happy with his decision to speak out.
According to The Blast, an insider shared that he “has no regrets about speaking out publicly against his parents” and believes he did the right thing.
