The fallout from Ron Funches' time on "The Traitors" is escalating after the comedian claimed that Dorinda Medley personally targeted him during their time on the reality show.

As soon as he was voted out of "The Traitors," Funches wasted no time explaining his side of a saga that ultimately contributed to his exit from the show.

And just a few days later, he is pouring even more fuel on the fire following an explosive interview with Mina Kimes of ESPN.

Ron Funches And Dorinda Medley Competed On Season 4 Of 'The Traitors'

Funches was one of 23 contestants chosen to participate on Season 4 of "The Traitors."

As is usually the case on the show, it meant he had to spend an extended period in Ardross Castle in the Scottish Highlands, where filming usually takes place.

Sequestered alongside Funches was Dorinda Medley, who returned to the show after becoming the first contestant eliminated during the previous season.

Funches' gameplay began to unravel early on after he was wrongly suspected of being a traitor, a perception that lingered and ultimately left him socially isolated.

That mounting tension came to a head at the roundtable, where his feud with Medley boiled over shortly before his eventual elimination.

Funches Accused Dorinda Of 'Truly Terrible' Remarks That Were Edited Out

Not long after his elimination from "The Traitors," Funches went on social media to provide additional context for the events he says unfolded on the show.

Responding to a fan on Threads who questioned why he appeared to dislike Dorinda so much, Funches suggested her behavior toward him was deliberate. "Oh, she has conscious bias," he wrote.

The comedian went on to claim that several of Dorinda's remarks were very personal and offensive, exchanges he says were never included in the final edit.

"She said some truly terrible things to me," Funches wrote, adding that since the comments were "deeply personal and outside of gameplay," they were ultimately never shown on air.

Funches did not stop addressing the drama from "The Traitors" on social media.

In a follow-up interview posted on Kimes' YouTube channel, the "Trolls" star expanded on his claims, alleging that his issues with Dorinda Medley stemmed from interactions that had nothing to do with the game.

"She started to basically come at me for things that were non-gameplay related," Funches said. According to him, Medley would later reference those off-camera moments in an effort to undermine him during roundtables.

"She would bring those [things] up in a round table," Funches added. "She would bring up very personal things about me, or try to frame me as a victim, or as a person who was untrustworthy, not as a traitor, but as a human."

The most damning part of Funches' claims is his assertion that his experience with Dorinda may reflect a broader pattern of behavior towards "people who look similar" to him.

While he stopped short of assigning labels or motives to "The Real Housewives of New York" alum,  he told Kimes that it didn't take long for him to assess the situation.

"I don't want to define who she is or what she is," Funches said. All I know is that I clocked her immediately. "I've been through enough in my life. I've watched enough YouTube videos from Dr. Ramani, so I know who I see when I see them."

Ron Funches Explains His Views On His Fellow Castmates Didn't Change Inside Or Outside The Game

The clash between Funches and Dorinda, as shown on "The Traitors," often appeared to stem from their differing opinions on how closely contestants should engage on a personal level.

While the Housewife emphasized the importance of getting to know fellow players beyond the game, Funches took the complete opposite approach.

He reiterated that stance in his post-show conversation with Kimes.

"I'm also a big believer of 'I don't need to know you,'" Funches said. "Like, I just want to meet you and learn [about] you [as a] human."
