Courtney Stodden celebrated Nonbinary Day with a little nonbinary eye candy!
The 26-year-old shared some sultry selfies on Wednesday, July 14. They posed in their bathroom in a skimpy pair of non-gender-specific underwear and a black sports bra. Courtney put her toned tummy and curves on full display as they showed off the front and the back.
"Wearin’ boxers 🤪 Happy Nonbinary Day, folks! #nonbinary," Stodden captioned the celebratory post.
What Nonbinary Means To Courtney
Yesterday, they penned a lengthy explanation of what nonbinary means to them. They included it alongside a photo of themselves posing by a lake.
"Tomorrow is international nonbinary day!" Stodden wrote on social media. "Identifying as nonbinary, to me, means that I am no longer existing under a controlled mindset. I feel free."
She continued, "Identifying as nonbinary allows me to live outside of typical standards. Identifying as nonbinary, I believe, is a spectrum. Some identify closer to femininity — others identify closer to masculinity, or none at all. I happen to fall right in the center. Therefore, some days I feel more masculine… other days I feel more feminine. it's up to me. It's fluid; I'm fluid. Today is a great day. Everyday holds a beautiful opportunity to embrace yourself and all of the colors that exist inside of your heart."
Love And Support
Their followers flooded the comments section with well-wishes and proud congratulatory messages. "We love you Courtney! The non binary visibility we deserve," one fan wrote, while another said, "I'm extremely proud of you and wish you all the happiness you deserve! Thanks for being so visible with your platform 💜."
While some followers questioned the star and the nonbinary identity, many people expressed that they are happy that Courtney is happy.
The Evolution
They recently went through a hair color change and used it to symbolize their growth and evolution. They went from a platinum blonde to a much more subdued hue and shed a lot of makeup that hid their true self.
"Personal growth and changing your environment does amazing things. It was so incredibly hard for me to get to where I am now and it will be equally as hard for me to get to where I am going … but I no longer feel pressured to change myself for others perceptions. I’m breaking down walls that hid the true me from the world as a means to protect. I’m stronger now than I ever have been," they wrote at the time.
