Brooklyn Beckham Reportedly Has 'No Regrets' After Accusing His Parents Of Undermining His Marriage

Brooklyn Beckham is standing by his claims that his parents, Victoria Beckham and David Beckham, interfered in his marriage to Nicola Peltz.

He accused them of prioritizing the "Brand Beckham" over family and said his wife has faced repeated disrespect.

Tensions reportedly peaked at Brooklyn Beckham's 2022 wedding when Victoria was called to join him for his first dance, leaving Nicola in tears.

Brooklyn is standing firmly by the comments he recently shared online regarding his strained relationship with his parents, Victoria and David Beckham, and their alleged involvement in his marriage to Nicola Peltz Beckham.

According to a source who spoke with People Magazine, Brooklyn "has no regrets about speaking out publicly against his parents."

The insider said that Brooklyn, Nicola, and her family are united and confident in their position, adding that he believes speaking out was the right thing to do and feels at peace with his decision.

The remarks follow a series of emotional Instagram Stories posted by the 26-year-old earlier this month, where he accused his parents of attempting for years to drive a wedge between him and his wife.

In the posts, Brooklyn claimed that his family placed "public promotion, endorsements," and the "Brand Beckham" over personal relationships.

He further alleged that the public image of the Beckhams as a close-knit, "perfect" family does not reflect his private reality, noting that Nicola has "been consistently disrespected" by his side of the family.

Brooklyn and Nicola tied the knot in April 2022 during a lavish ceremony at her family's Palm Beach estate, attended by hundreds of guests.

However, in his lengthy Instagram Stories post, Brooklyn claimed that tensions were already high before the wedding.

He wrote that the night before the ceremony, members of his family told him Nicola was "not blood" and therefore not truly family.

Brooklyn added that once he began defending himself and his wife, he felt subjected to constant criticism from his parents.

One of the most painful moments Brooklyn described involved their wedding reception. He alleged that a planned first dance with Nicola was "hijacked" when his mother took over the moment.

According to the chef, his mother, Victoria, danced with him "very inappropriately" instead. "I've never felt more uncomfortable or humiliated in my entire life," he claimed.

A source previously told People that during the reception, singer Marc Anthony invited Victoria onto the stage, calling her "the most beautiful woman in the room."

The source said the incident left Nicola visibly upset and in tears.

Brooklyn also claimed that Victoria, who is a well-known fashion designer, ultimately backed out of designing Nicola's wedding dress shortly before the ceremony, despite Nicola's excitement about wearing it.

Victoria later shared photos of her own wedding outfit on social media, which appeared nearly white in some images and silver in others.

In closing his Instagram messages, Brooklyn made it clear that reconciliation is not currently something he wants. He emphasized that he is not being influenced or controlled, but rather asserting himself and setting boundaries for the first time.

Meanwhile, Brooklyn's wedding DJ has shared his version of the events surrounding what he called an "awkward" dance between Brooklyn and Victoria.

DJ Fat Tony, whose real name is Tony Marnoch, told ITV's This Morning  that "the whole situation was really awkward for everyone in the room."

He also dismissed rumors circulating online about Victoria's behavior, saying, "There was no slut-dropping, no black PVC catsuits, no Spice Girl action."

According to Marnoch, Anthony performed at the wedding reception and invited Brooklyn onto the stage.

"The next minute, everyone was expecting it to be Nicola to go up and do the first dance," he explained, per the BBC.

However, Marnoch said that instead of calling Nicola, Anthony announced "the most beautiful woman in the room" and named Victoria. The DJ said this prompted the bride to leave the room in tears.

"Victoria is by the stage, she goes onto the stage, and of course, at that point, Brooklyn is suddenly, literally, devastated because he thought he was going to do his first dance with his wife," Marnoch recounted. "Then Nicola leaves the room, crying her eyes out. Brooklyn is stuck there on stage."

He added that the pair then danced together as part of a Latin routine, with Anthony instructing, "Put your hands on your mother's hips."

Marnoch described the moment as "very awkward for everyone in the room."
