Hulk Hogan is still making headlines almost a year after the famed wrestler’s death, and the latest news involves his estate being hit with an eight-figure sum directed at his beer brand.
Back in 2024, Hogan launched a beer company, but claims have emerged suggesting that the WWE star actually stole the idea from another company — and they want his estate to pay up.
A Company Demands To Be Paid Millions For Hulk Hogan Allegedly Stealing Their Idea

Us Weekly exclusively reports that on January 20, holding company Carma HoldCo Inc., which specializes in celebrity licensing and branding, officially filed court documents claiming Hulk Hogan’s estate is in breach of contract and owes $10 million for allegedly stealing their idea for his beer company.
Per the outlet, back in July 2025, Carma HoldCo Inc. formally sued the late wrestler’s company Hogan’s Real American Beer, which was launched with investor support in 2024, the year before his death.
According to the lawsuit, the Carma HoldCo claims that the company’s former president shared ideas with Hogan that were stolen from the company and used for Hogan’s own beer brand.
Prior to his death, Carma HoldCo said that plans were in the works for Hogan to be a brand ambassador and were in the early stages of developing Hogan’s beer line together.
Carma HoldCo further alleged in the lawsuit that the company’s former president along with a past employee conspired together and convinced Hogan to sign documentation for a separate deal and cut CarmaHoldCo out completely.
“As a direct and proximate result of Defendants’ breaches, [Carma] has suffered damages in an amount to be proven at trial but at least ten million dollars,” the lawsuit read, per Us Weekly.
Hogan’s estate responded to the $10 million demand and denied the allegations.
“CARMA’s suit is meritless,” the response stated. “It never developed or contracted for a beer, had no agreement with Hulk Hogan, and owned no beer-related trade secrets. Defendants neither solicited Hogan nor interfered with any contract or relationship.”
A Limited-Edition Beer Was Created To Honor Hogan Last Year

Real American Beer Company partnered with the WWE in September 2025 for the launch of a limited-edition line of beer to honor the wrestler’s memory.
The beer, named Hulkamania Forever, was a collectible 16 oz. can that initially launched during WWE Wrestlepalooza in Indianapolis, complete with a live on-air toast and a larger-than-life Fan Zone takeover.
The collector’s item beer was sold nationwide in stores and online throughout the fall of 2025.
There Have Been Previous Headlines Surrounding Hulk Hogan’s Finances Since His Death

In September 2025, months after her father’s July death, Brooke Hogan revealed that due to her strained relationship with her father prior to his death, she had removed from herself from his will.
"It's what I asked for, I stand by it with no regrets. My dad knows I'm a hard worker and I have been surviving without his money for a long, long time," Brooke said at the time.
The former reality star also stressed that access to her father’s $25 million fortune was never her focus, and that she managed to successfully survive on her own financially.
The Blast previously reported that Brooke initially requested to be removed as a beneficiary of her father’s will back in 2023, which was the last time she had any communication with him. The decision was made after repeated reconciliation attempts failed.
Hogan’s Ex-Wife Expressed Her Disappointment That He Was Left Out Of Celebrity Death Tribute

As the protocol for the Emmys goes, there is a segment in the show where celebrity deaths are acknowledged, but Hulk Hogan was left out during the September 2025 ceremony and ex-wife Linda Hogan had a theory about why.
Speaking with Entertainment Weekly, Linda shared that Hogan’s political alignment with MAGA was a likely factor in him being excluded from the tribute by the Television Academy.
“It’s just a guess, but they should have named him! I really can't tell you why they left him out...just a guess considering the way he was treated at his last appearance in LA," she told the outlet at the time.
Following His Death, Hogan’s Past Racism Resurfaced

Throughout his famed wrestling career, there were reported instances of Hogan’s racism. However, the issue reached a fever pitch in 2007 when he was recorded referring to Brooke dating Black men by using the N-word.
“Eight years ago I used offensive language during a conversation. It was unacceptable for me to have used that offensive language; there is no excuse for it; and I apologize for having done it,” Hogan said in an exclusive statement to PEOPLE following the scandal.
