Trainor shared the big news on Instagram, dropping seven images that captured her and her family reacting to the latest addition to their family. The first slide showed the "Lips Are Movin" hitmaker with tears welling up in her eyes as she cradled her newborn daughter.

The proud mom was shirtless in the image, holding the newborn close to her chest. She offered a small smile for the camera as she fought back tears and eventually managed to regain composure, as seen in the fourth slide, where she posed with Sabara.

The emotional uploads continued with the couple's two sons meeting their baby sister for the first time. They stared at the newborn lovingly, with another shot capturing the youngest of the pair, Barry, unable to break his gaze from his youngest sister.

Inside The Entertainer's Motherhood Journey

Trainor became a mom for the first time in February 2021 when she welcomed her first son, Riley, with Sabara. PEOPLE reported that they broke the news with heartwarming posts, but months later, the singer revealed the journey wasn't all roses.

According to Trainor, she needed to have a cesarean section because the baby was breech, and Riley later developed "breathing issues" after his birth. The newborn had to stay in the neonatal intensive care unit, but fortunately recovered and returned home with his family.

Trainor's second son, Barry, was born in July 2023, coincidentally on the anniversary of her first date with Sabara. Like his older brother, the boy was delivered through c-section, with the doting mom raving about the successful surgery in an Instagram post.

The mean mom group drama began after Ashley Tisdale penned a scathing essay about people she thought were her friends. She alleged the group began excluding and isolating her until she got tired of the toxicity and left.

Although Tisdale did not mention any names, many speculated that the parties involved were Trainor, Hilary Duff, Mandy Moore, and designer Samii Ryan. Months before the allegations dropped, Trainor was facing adverse reactions to her weight loss transformation.

The Blast shared that she called out critics in November 2025, confessing on "The Jennifer Hudson Show" that the mean comments had significantly affected her. Trainor explained that she was heartbroken and confused by the hate, wondering why people shamed her for becoming a healthier version of herself.
