Lori Loughlin's Feelings Revealed Amid 'Separate Lives' From Estranged Husband

Lori Loughlin is not keeping her ex-husband, Mossimo Giannulli, in her good books right now!

Sources close to the former couple confirmed that there are still negative feelings in the mix, and the bulk of them are coming from the American actress's quarters.

Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli separated last October after 28 years together, with allegations that she uncovered suspicious texts and emails from her estranged husband's phone.

Following their estrangement since last October, sources close to the former couple have shared that Lori is still very angry with her ex. The source explained that since they separated, Loughlin and Giannulli have lived "separate lives."

However, another insider revealed that Giannulli's feelings towards the actress are quite different. If anything, he holds her in high esteem and thinks she is "a lovely person and an incredible mom."

As shared by PEOPLE, the insider emphasized that the fashion designer wants any conflict between herself and his estranged wife resolved amicably and with decorum.

The couple has struggled with finding their rhythm ever since they were rocked by the college admissions scandal, where they both pled guilty to wire and mail fraud.

When Loughlin and her estranged husband separated last year, reports began to emerge that she may walk away from the marriage empty-handed, mainly because a prenup was lacking. 

As reported by The Blast, a source close to the estranged couple noted that they are not in a hurry to make their divorce official, as a lot of financial information needs to be ironed out. 

Another insider revealed that the pair understands the fact that they have both made mistakes in their marriage and experienced lots of ups and downs. Loughlin and Giannulli have tried to put up a united front for their daughters while patching up the cracks in their marriage.

Over time, the couple discovered that they had absolutely nothing in common anymore as their children got older and the dust from the scandal settled.

For a better part of their marriage, Loughlin and Stamos enjoyed a great friendship right from the stables of their 80s ABC sitcom where they starred as love interests. The smooth interaction between the duo made Giannulli very uncomfortable as he believed the actor was too flirty for comfort.

The Blast shared that Stamos and Loughlin have always shared an incredible chemistry, but the fashion designer is not buying the idea that this is all just acting. He reportedly felt Stamos continued using his charm on Loughlin years after the movie wrapped up.

The fashion designer reportedly took out his frustration on the actor publicly, although it never descended into a physical confrontation. However, whenever they were together as guests, Mossimo would shut down because Stamos has a way of making Loughlin light up.

Well, the feelings between Giannulli and the actor were reported to be quite the same, although Stamos' outburst came during an appearance on the "Good Guys" podcast last year.

He described Giannulli as a terrible narcissist who was responsible for the couple getting tied up in the college admissions bribery scandal. Stamos expressed disappointment over the fact that her friend's marriage failed while he still maintained his initial stance on Giannulli's behavior.  

"She was married 27, 28 years. Her kids are good girls. She's beautiful inside and out. But I told her, 'Every bit of negativity or hardship you've been through has been connected to this guy,'" the actor noted.

He also added that he has tried to be there for her through her marital woes, as he continued on the podcast that she did put up with a lot during her marriage to the fashion designer. He did not give anything away when he was asked to address the infidelity rumors, but he confirmed that whatever happened "busted her up to the core."

The star wrapped up the year with an important announcement on "What Calls the Heart" and her plans to join the cast for their 14th season. Loughlin's co-star, Erin Krakow, informed the fans about her pal’s planned comeback to the television screen.

Loughlin chipped in at the panel discussion for the Hallmark Christmas Experience, sayingthat she only heard about her return to the show about a month or two ago, which she was very excited about.

She also thanked her friend Krakow for pulling all the strings behind the scenes to ensure that her career comes back on track amid the drama in her marriage.

Earlier in the year, Loughlin and Giannulli sold off their Hidden Hills marital home for a whopping $16.5 million, causing speculations that they may be heading for an official divorce, although her rep denied the rumors.
