USMagazine reported that Kody claimed that Meri did not want to split the proceeds from the sale of the house, alleging that she tried to keep all the money.
Meri, on the other hand, stated that she never fought her ex-husband on the matter, with the understanding that they were legally married when they purchased the property.
Inside The Las Vegas House Fiasco

Kody and Meri lived in the Las Vegas house from 2011 to 2018 with sister wives Christine, Janelle, and Robyn Brown, but every wife had their own home on adjoining lots in a cul-de-sac.
When Kody claimed his ex-wife Meri did not want to keep to their divorce decree and split the money down the middle, she clapped back.
Meri explained that because she was the only one who lived in the house for the majority of the time, it would have made sense for her to have the "full amount of the equity," but she never asked for all the money.
She claimed she made all the payments, but still kept his name on the deed, and that every penny of the house she sold in Vegas went into Robyn's Arizona house.
Meri Previously Accused Her Ex-Husband Of Favoritism

Kody and his first wife fought over many things, including the way he treats her and their child, as opposed to the other sister wives and their kids. This issue became heightened over the sharing of their landed property in Arizona.
The mother of one accused Kody of favoring wives with more children, as he claimed she was entitled to just two acres, while wives with more children would receive larger shares.
The Blast notes that she pushed for receiving an equal share as she had contributed to the family over the years in various ways, ranging from funding the property to supporting the kids' education. She also expressed concerns about feeling excluded from decisions relating to family properties.

Speaking on the challenges of practicing polygamy and aspirations to return to the system, Kody revealed that bad blood ensued between his exes, kids, and himself, hence he has no desire to go through it again.
"I had 18 kids with four wives," It has been three divorces, and I would never do that again — I would never marry again," he disclosed.
As reported by The Blast, the TV personality and his current wife have talked about expanding their family, adding a new wife into the mix, where Robyn revealed that it would only be possible if the new woman were ready to have a relationship with both of them.
Kody reiterated that he was done with polygamy if Robyn was okay with it.
