Kaley Cuoco is turning heads in a look she originally wore ten years ago. In 2016, the sitcom star attended a bash celebrating the 200th episode of The Big Bang Theory, and with a January 2026 repost on X, it looks like fans haven't forgotten her look. Flaunting her figure in a gorgeous lace dress while going semi-sheer, Kaley highlighted her enhanced assets on the red carpet, looking a million dollars in her long gown while glowing with a flawless face of makeup. Going braless in a lace-embellished top with a racy neckline and stretchy, horizontal detailing around the midriff, the A-lister accentuated her slim waist while showing off her fit physique.

Adding strappy black heels for a glam finish, Kaley wowed with her light hair tied back, keeping chic with a nude manicure while wearing a sunkissed face of makeup with warm foundation, contour, and blush. The mom of one also donned dramatic bronze eyeshadow and a little eyeliner, adding mascara and a glossy lip.

Kaley made 2014 headlines for saying that getting implants was the "best decision" she ever made.
