Inside The Grande Dame's Legal Woe

In December 2024, Huger was found guilty of DUI after her Maserati was wrecked in a high-speed accident. A video recording made by the body cam of the official at the scene showed the TV personality totally out of herself, unable to form coherent sentences.

She was initially sentenced to two years' imprisonment but later got her sentence suspended in February 2025. In the bid to get out early, The Blast shares that she applied for the work release program after collecting good behavior credits in prison.

The presiding judge denied her plea, stating that he did not believe she was qualified for work release. Finally, after serving six months behind bars, she was released with strict orders that she stop driving for the next year and be on probation for five years.
