Jada Pinkett-Smith STUNS With New Shaved Head: See The Photos!

Jada Pinkett-Smith is rocking a fresh new shaved head and is melting down Instagram after showing off the shockingly short buzz cut!

Will Smith's wife debuted the stunning shaved head look while posing with her daughter, Willow Smith, who is known for rocking the same look! As you know, Jada has been sporting short hair for most of her career, but this may be the shortest she has ever gone.

"Willow made me do it because it was time to let go BUT … my 50’s are bout to be Divinely lit with this shed," Jada captioned the pictures. Jada's daughter posted the same photos, saying, "A gift is pure when it is given from the heart to the right person at the right time and at the right place, and when we expect nothing in return."

As for why the drastic new look...Pinkett-Smith has been open about her experience with hair loss and discussed the situation on her Facebook Watch show 'Red Table Talk.' On the show, Jada talked about maintaining a short hairstyle and having to wear wraps to help deal with hair loss.

Obviously, it is nice to have a daughter who has rocked the same look several times, and it is very possible she was able to persuade her mother to go ahead and rock the short look!

The stunning new hairdo comes on the heels of Jada making headlines for discussing her past issues with drugs and alcohol. Reflecting on the fact that she turns 50 years old this year, she says, given her past behavior, she is a "walking miracle."

"Drinking red wine for me was like drinking glasses of water," she said on 'Red Table Talk.' She continued, "Because I'm used to that hard hit. I was drinking hard in high school, too, and when I got out here I was doing cocktails. So, ecstasy, alcohol, weed. Let me tell you, I was having myself a little ball. ... Once I was going for that third bottle of wine, I said, 'You've got a problem,' and it was cold turkey that day. That day I just stopped."

Adding, "I think back on my life, like, I am a walking miracle, no doubt about that. People will not believe."

In the end, Jada explained she had an "eye-opening" event after passing out on the set of 'Nutty Professor.' "I went to work high and it was a bad batch of ecstasy,” she said. Adding, “And I passed out and I told everybody that I must have had old medication in a vitamin bottle. But I’ll tell you what I did, though. I got my a** together and got on that set. That was the last time.”

Bottom line, Jada looks AMAZING with the new buzz cut, but we expected no less!
