Former "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Lisa Vanderpump's dog foundation is being sued by an unhappy customer who claims she was given a dog suffering from a worm infection so bad that somehow the owner became infected with "intestinal parasites" and started expelling live worms out of all orifices.

According to legal documents, obtained by The Blast, a complaint was filed against the "Vanderpump Dog Foundation" in Los Angeles. The woman filing claims she contacted the nonprofit adoption agency about adopting a female dachshund puppy named "Cassie." The docs state she paid $680 for the animal which included all "necessary treatments and shots" and was told the puppy was in "healthy condition."

After returning home, the woman claims the dog started acting erratically and "scooting across the floor" in distress. Later that night, she made a disturbing discovery as Cassie was expelling "large live worms while defecating." According to the suit, the pet owner called and texted her contact at Vanderpump's organization but allegedly received no response.

Cassie was subsequently rushed to a pet hospital nearby to treat the serious worm infection.

What came next is truly shocking as several days later the woman herself began to feel increasingly ill. To her "horror," she then "began to expel live worms and eggs from her mouth, vagina, and anus." She was later diagnosed with "intestinal parasites" and received potent medication to treat the "severity of the infestation."

In her lawsuit against the Vanderpump Dog Foundation, the woman claims she was "utterly traumatized" and continues to suffer from several emotional distress, shock, disgust, and nightmares. She alleges the mind-blowing illness and injuries are a direct result of the lack of her dog receiving the necessary and proper treatment. She also claims the organization lied about the animal being in "healthy condition" despite a serious worm infection.

In the filing, the woman accuses Vanderpump of providing a "false immunization record" which claimed Cassie had already been dewormed.

According to the lawsuit, the woman is asking for payment of medical expenses, hospital bills, and damages to be paid by the foundation. She claims to be out of pocket thousands of dollars in cleaning expenses in order to rid her apartment of the parasites. She is also claiming personal "anguish and disgust," and will be looking to collect a hefty amount.

Vanderpump, who is not personally named as a defendant, and the organization, have yet to respond to the complaint.
