Hudson seemingly took aim at online critics who continue to comment on her relationship with Belichick by resharing a post from her New Year's Eve 2024 celebration to her Instagram Stories on Thursday.

The photo showed Hudson and the legendary football coach, now 73, toasting with champagne.

"Nothing changed for us in 2024 except for 'public knowledge'; yet, somehow everything changed," she wrote over the image, per Page Six.

Reflecting on the backlash they've faced, the cheerleader added: "4th calendar year; Going strong. I can't wait to take punches for you in 2025. Keep swinging, Keyboard Warriors. Your illusion of righteousness only fuels my authenticity."

The couple's relationship has remained a frequent topic of conversation, marked by both public support and controversy.

In April 2025, Hudson drew attention after stepping in during Belichick's CBS "Sunday Morning" interview when he was asked about the start of their relationship.

The moment sparked widespread debate, prompting Belichick to explain later that Hudson plays both a personal and professional role in his life.

Scrutiny followed into May, when reports surfaced claiming Hudson was struggling to gain acceptance in Nantucket's social scene, where Belichick's former partner, Linda Holliday, reportedly remains highly influential.

Sources suggested Hudson faced resistance as she attempted to integrate into philanthropic and social circles on the island.

One insider shared: "People on Nantucket are pretty sophisticated. You could be sitting at the Galley Beach restaurant, and if [Hudson] walked in, 90% of the place would roll their eyes. No one is going to be welcoming her with open arms."

Hudson's caption tied it all together with a playful reference to the book, writing: "Happy Meetiversary @billbelichick. Cheers to the fact that you still let me give you lengthy philosophical lectures four years later."

In September, Hudson was seen speaking with Belichick on the sidelines during UNC's football game, a moment that quickly spread online and sparked speculation about her presence and role during the matchup.

The viral clip surfaced alongside rumors about her standing within UNC's athletic department. Journalist Pablo Torre had claimed Hudson was barred from the football facilities, but the University of North Carolina pushed back on that narrative.

In a statement to Us Weekly, the school clarified that while "Jordon Hudson is not an employee at the University or Carolina Athletics, she is welcome to the Carolina Football facilities."

UNC also noted that Hudson continues to manage Belichick's personal brand matters, "outside of his responsibilities for Carolina Football and the University."
